not worth the price as it’s mostly ice and very quickly waters down.
One of my fave boba spots in the city — workers are super nice & the Brown Sugar Milk w/ Crema is sooo good 🔥
Right out the gate, I knew this would be a place I am not going to frequent. I was waiting for a train and wanted a sweet treat, and HoneyBear was closest.
First, I’ll give my compliments. The tea is strong and high quality, compared to other boba places. It doesn’t just taste like syrup water. They fulfilled my various specifications, such as light sweetness and light ice. I’m glad they allow customizations. The pearls are noticeably sweet, and while I’m not personally a fan, I think others would be. The atmosphere of the place is cute. Those are big compliments, though that is where they end.
Now, my criticisms. The pearl quality was inconsistent, although most of them were too soft. The pearl to tea ratio was not the best (not enough boba to finish the tea). The regular size was NOT proportionate to the price. I ordered a peach black tea, which totalled to $7.25 (with boba). The cup is stubby for $7, especially when you compare what you can get from other places for the same cost. The milk teas and specialty drinks were even more expensive at the base price, and their selection could be broadened. They only take card payments here, and while the place is cute, there was barely any seating.
Overall, HoneyBear Boba is just another boba place, nothing too special about it. I’m glad there’s a boba place around these parts, but that alone is no reason to love it. 3/5.
I got the strawberry green tea on Sunday the 31st but unfortunately the tea was bitter from being over steeped I assume. My wife’s drink was delicious thankfully.
Great selection and excellent flavors. We also experienced uncommon kindness when my friend accidentally ordered something different from what she intended and the staff immediately offered to make her a new drink with what she meant to order. So kind.
Best boba
Loved the orange creamsicle drink. Taste like orange juice with some salty cream cheese foam in it. I thought it was a weird combo but it surprisingly tasted excellent. The traditional Hong Kong milk tea was excellent as well.
Good Job, Larry! YeeHee. 🍊🍊🍊
Not good at all. I ordered 50% sweetness on my drinks and it was so sweet that I had to toss it after one sip. It was ridiculous how much sugar they put if that was 50% and if that wasn't 50% then I'm very disappointed to the attention to detail when it was an online order and it is literally written right there and should be a very routine thing to check for sweetness.
Aye aye aye aye...... man. Good job. Seen u on highway got the Sco looking good 🫡

This is one of my FAVORITE spots for Boba tea! Very clean and welcoming staff they have a unique variety of flavors as well as some organic Larry June merch available for sale. I had the Brown Sugar Milk w/ Crema 🔥🔥🔥 Good Job Larry & Staff. A Must Visit. I forgot to mention the prices are extremely affordable.
I thought the price was ridiculous, but I guess it was worth it because it was really yummy.
Best boba shop and finally a Go To Boba shop! So delicious and not overly sweet! We love their Hong Kong and Honey Milk Teas
Ordered the Hong Kong Milk Tea without ice. Very water down and minimum tea flavor
The shop was a bit dirty and very bare. There were about 5 singular shirts to select from as far as merchandise was concerned.
