I came to Horizon for brunch on a Sunday to celebrate a friends birthday. We were seated once our entire party was present. The view outside amazing! Each booth has heaters above so going for dinner shouldn't be a problem.Great service by our waiter John (?) who gave us helpful advice on meal selections. After reviewing several other venues, this one seemed to have the perfect gem of everything I was looking for. It was dressed in a theme, staff in costumes, entertainment, great location with parking, reasonable pricing for food and a full bar with options. Food was great, service was great, ambiance was high energy and fun. Got there at 9pm, had dinner and drinks, party hadn't started yet, around 10:30pm it got going. Drinks were generous and tasted great. Wife got cosmo, I got an old fashion (didn't like too much) then changed to Madhatan (AMAZING).
