Love this hotpot place! It's clean, modern, staff are fast and the food is obviously delicious. Hoping to come back soon!

It really tastes bad. I don’t know where all the good reviews came from. There is no taste at all, and all the ingredients that should be included in the side dishes are missing. This is not called hot pot, this is just boiled vegetables dipped in sesame sauce. The price is too expensive, not recommended

The food is quite good but my problem is staff. There was a female and male servers and the male one is fine but the female is something else. It is my friends and Is first time in this place so we didnt know how it works. The male one told us how to order and we got our soup base and one meat and the wheel despite us ordering more than that. We waited a while a really long while til we see a server again and when I saw the girl I asked her if she can give us some bowls and she said it was on the left with attitude. It is our FIRST TIME I’m SORRY.

Then even though we already ordered for rice on the ipad we had to ask again. We didn’t see any staff unless they’re dropping something off with no check up on us til we’re almost done. So it felt like she’s trying to kick us out. We could barely see any servers the whole time we’re there and in all honesty the servers are much friendlier with other tables. Whats up with that?

We got our first orders of meat on our second order so I asked if they can just cancel our second order of meat since it was their fault anyways. And the girl was like “let me check”.

When my boyfriend paid for the food on the ipad with the girl server. When the tip option showed on the screen the girl server intentionally looked over his shoulder as if looking if we’re gonna tip or not. At the end no we did not tip. Because the service is nothing but terrible.

This is the most disgusting hot pot in my life. The soup base is tasteless, the price is expensive, the meat is not fresh, and the waiters have not received any training. I highly recommend it!

Came here with a group of 9 and we got seated at two different tables. Each table had one giant pot to split.

Good:
- You can choose 2 soups that you want - I loved the tomato soup base since it was nice and savory but not too salty
- I liked how much variety there was in the AYCE options - the Ferris wheel of course is the most famous thing here
- The appetizers were pretty great - there were glass noodles and tons of sauces
- The mango coconut dessert was delicious!
- Nice and private back area for groups

Bad:
- Overall more expensive, about $45pp after taxes

Overall a really fun group activity!

Bad service for AYCE. Never checked in on us and then kicked us out immediately when our time was up. Food was good though

Me and my buddies came on September 18th my birthday was on the 15th but I was sick that day so they took me out for a belated birthday dinner. We got half and half broth because a couple of them don't like spicy but I love spicy. They have a good selection of toppings some of them are running low but they were still all available. We were all starving from work so we ate a ton, and they honored the all you can eat for 90 minutes because we ordered more several times they also hooked us up with some rice and a couple different drinks and gave us a discount on the additional stuff and stayed slightly over 90 mins feasting the whole time. The waiter ended up being a customer for my work who we are familiar with, and he was very very friendly to us and was checking on us often. The other waiters were busy but even tho less familiar to us and busy with other stuff they still let us interrupt their work for requests for more rice or more veggies. We bugged them multiple multiple times for more beers and more waters because it was pretty spicy, and they were super cool about it. It was about $240 including tips for five people which isn't that bad at all considering we got lots of fish, lamb, beef, multiple different kinds of mushrooms/veggies and we ordered seconds at least twice more. The broth was very beefy instead of salty which is different from some of the other San Francisco Hot Pot spots and it tasted very nice. The spicy wasn't so much pain spicy but more numbing spicy which felt pretty authentic especially for hotpot restaurant in the United States. give the experience at least 8 out of 10 and the food at least 8 out of 10 as well. I'll give 5 out of 5 stars because they let us had a good time without bugging us much, but yeah every time we bugged them they were super nice about it and had a good laugh with us and got us what we wanted. Also they have qingdao beer so that's the icing on the cake. 五星

The middle-aged woman had a fake white face, like the powder on the wall was scraped off and smeared with water on her face. There were three of us, only two of us wanted to eat. We said two people, she asked if the three of us were eating together. We said yes, then she tilted her head and thought she was cute, then she frowned, as if eating together was illegal, and told us to wait for 20 minutes. When we were discussing whether to eat or not, she just asked us to sit down. The service attitude was very bad ?

LOVED this Hotpot. I've been to quite a few now. This is hands down the best flavored broth I've tasted yet at a Hotpot place. Which flavored your choices with robust taste. The only reason for the 4 stars is that they refill with a different broth than you ordered as you're eating. So you lose that robust flavor you started with. Regardless of that, I'd still recommend this place.

Went for an earlier dinner with my girlfriend, we made reservations for 645pm.
We were seated upstairs, and it wasn't very busy (compared to when we left an hour later it was packed).
We did the all you can eat for about $40 each, we did the pumpkin broth and the Sichuan pepper broth and both were really amazing.
I don't eat a lot of meat, and I was really impressed with their huge selection of veggies.
This place is super vegetarian and vegan friendly. We had multiple kinds of mushrooms, tofu, cabbage, noodles, squash, quail eggs, tiger shrimp, and some beef brisket.

10/10 can't wait to come back

Amazing! The staff, the ambience, the food! One of the best date spots I've ever been too. If you want a truly intimate and relaxing hot pot spot, THIS IS IT!
P.S. The cute panda display was 10/10 ?

There’s no alcohol! I didn’t think it was legal to serve hot pot without a liquor lincense. Please beware.
