Ordered food on 饭团but they didn't accept the order after an hour. Called them, the woman that answered the call was extremely rude saying they don't use 饭团。I was trying to explain but she just started yelling at me. What a disappointment!

Heads up, they don’t do the midnight special anymore. We came in on a Friday at 10 expecting the deal and we were told they don’t do it anymore. Overall, couldn’t complain about the food but they kept forgetting to bring stuff we ordered and a lot of stuff wouldn’t arrive until way later when we were already done.

Absoute worst serve at a hot pot place waited 30 mins for rice after our time started half of our orders not even given. Had to ask staff for our orders after ordered on the tablet we were given. Just bad. Not worth the money or anyones time. Youre not going to get what you ordered and they just wait for your time to expire so they tell you to leave before your orders. We were only here for 40 mins before we just left. Please dont waste your time here even if its close the the hotel!!!!
Excellent. Don’t mind the complainers who clearly don’t understand that an authentic hot pot place probably isn’t the best choice for people with a lot of dietary restrictions. This is sensational value and a really delightful experience on the whole. I’m a big eater and thoroughly enjoyed my experience. If legit hot pot is what you love, look no further than this crown jewel in San Francisco’s Chinatown.

I am extremely disappointed with this place. The selection was extremely limited; drinks were all sold out except for cola & sprite plus there was only one of 8 beers available. In addition, the food is absolutely not worth the total price. There were only 2-3 vegetarian tofu options. It was my first and last time there.

Hidden Gem near North Beach!!
Incredible service and food. The crazy meat tower is my favorite they bring out a variety of meats on this beautiful display for you to try.
The different soup choices are great and you can even split it and try multiple.
The service is fast, friendly and efficient and the restaurant has a great vibe.
