Really excellent ice cream. Creamy, not too cold, deeply flavorful with a small bit excellent array of flavors. Recommended.

liked the ice cream after late night pier walk, they don't allow tasting so hard to tell what flavors like secret breakfast will taste like before buying

Disappointing, grainy. Not worth the cost or the calories. I didn’t finish the cone, and I love ice cream.

I ordered their pumpkin pie sundae special for $8. It was just one scoop of ice cream with cookie bits on top, not even pie. Super underwhelming.

Hands down some of the best ice creams you will ever taste. They are still keeping up with the great quality. Secret breakfast is amazing, but the Vietnamese coffee flavor isn’t the same as before. Nonetheless, they offer varieties of unique flavors and most of them are fantastic.

The best lemon ice cream I’ve ever had. We also tried the special breakfast (vanilla, corn flakes and some bourbon flavoring) which was really good. If you like lemon, definitely stop here and get the lemon ice cream.

This ice cream shop at the Ferry Building in San Francisco is a must-visit. The flavors are varied and delicious; I tried the peanut butter and chocolate caramel cookies this time, and it really stands out. It's no surprise that it's ranked in the top 5 ice cream shops in the United States. Be prepared for a wait, though, as there's usually a line, but the ice cream and waffle cone are worth it. The service can be hit or miss; sometimes they’re friendly, and other times they just serve you and move on. They regularly change their flavors and also have specials. If you're in San Francisco, it’s definitely worth checking out.

Got the Secret Breakfast Sundae with a bourbon syrup. Great contrast between soft and crunchy, sweet and salty, smooth and rough, and the bourbon flavor really comes on in the end.

Kid-friendliness: The whole fairy building is a kid friendly place and the Humphry Slocombe staff are very polite.
