It was handy and close to where I was staying but not somewhere I would want to frequent regularly. There are better options out there for food.

Food great. Service poor. The ticket system does not work if staff are not cleaning tables efficiently. We were told 20 mins which was almost an hour due to the fact that there were plenty of empty tables but just not getting cleaned. Staff were arguing with each other about which section customers were being put. Not most welcoming of places.

Food is not fresh at all, if you go early in the morning during the week. They serve you last night left over dried cold and soggy French fry and hash brown. Make omelet too greasy and plastic smell from the oil they use. Make you choose 2 side orders and charge you behind $6 plus $17 vegi omelett . Stupid omerret $20 plus $3 coffee , tax and soliciting over 20% tip . Breakfast is over $35 per person. Rip off

I placed a drive in order, we got off to a bad start since they provide this option and they don't have assigned space. I ordered French bread and in the image it came with fruit and they only sent me the slice of French bread without anything else, I ordered a combo with crepes and fruits, same case, without fruits. I ordered coffee, the glass came almost half full and they didn't add sugar or cream. They deliver the order in bags closed with staples, obviously it could not be reviewed. Same case on the children's menu, we ordered a happy face pancake that in the image came with fruit and cream and only a chocolate chip pancake came. Everything wrong 🥲🥲🥲

I ordered omelette for the breakfast and it had chicken, which was fine to me. I do not eat pork, ham, bacon etc which was conveyed. The omelette had traces of bacon strips, sausage, diced pork. When it was told to them, the server was very casual in saying that the same grill is used and just took the piece and left. It is understandable that the same grill is used but it is obvious to wipe the grill before making the next dish.
Very disappointed with the service, food and indifferent behaviour.

It’s an ihop 🥞. This one is nice, because they have multiple syrups right there on your table.
This one will get the pancakes served before you blink an eye 😅

The service was very nice. The breakfast was quite good, but the coffee and orange juice were very tasty.
But too expensive in comparison.

WORST IHOP EVER!
To start, I had waited 10 minutes before I was approached by my waitress, an Asian lady with the letter M.
Placed my normal IHOP order of the T-Bone steak and eggs. Followed by changing the pancakes to waffle and an orange juice. I have made this order countless times and many other IHOP across the USA without any issues, not sure why I could NOT make the change of pancake to waffle here?
I was told I can change the pancake to hash brown, so I did, as I did not feel like eating pancakes.
Then came the exciting part, not only did the steak came out cold (not even warm), but the hash brown was burnt on the bottom.
I could understand if there were a lot of other tables and the kitchen need to rush out orders due to back lot of tickets. But when I was there, there were about 5 other tables at most in the restaurant.
Being a Chef as well, there should not be any excuses for the kitchen to EVER serve burnt food, especially if somebody has to pay for it.
Needless to say, I will never come back to IHOP again and hope owners of this place seriously review the operations and its staff.
