Nice size dining room, excellent service and delicious food. Friendly staff. Located close to pier 39 and shops. Hotels and other entertainment for adults and youth as well as fairy and other water style tourist tourist attractions and transportation to other cities. Closest to the new ferris wheel and the parking lot or building of Pier 39. Conveniently close to Joseph Conrad square on Beach and Columbus as well as a union chapter Muni Depot add shopping of San Francisco fisherman's wharf have Chinatown of Little Saigon and of Little Italy.

The only people working here was 1 waitress and 1 chef. Even though the restaurant was virtually empty, the service was really slow. Food actually wasn't bad at all. Bathroom was extremely dirty.

The last time I visited IHOP, I was in my early 20s during my second trip to America, and my obsession with pancakes was at its peak—the memory of ordering the Cinnamon Pancakes is still incredibly fresh. To be honest, the pancakes today weren't quite as delicious as I remembered, but that's likely on me, as my expectations were extremely high! However, the experience was wonderful nonetheless; the staff was incredibly polite and treated me like a king, making the service absolutely fantastic. While the food didn't quite live up to the nostalgic memory, the excellent service makes this place a sure bet, and I will definitely be back!

There was hair in the silverware basket, not just 1 hair but a small ball of hair. Coffee was cold not even hot. One of the servers even question me if I wanted my silverware changed after I found the ball of hair in the basket????
Food was great, the service was good but the bathrooms were pretty foul smelling even though there were only a few people there. Might be something with the plumbing causing it. Other than that, we were able to pay at the table.

I went to iHop with my family and we had a good experience. The waitress was very polite and kind, and the service was really fast. It’s a good spot if you’re hungry and just want something quick and affordable. However, I found the food to be quite artificial and very sugary. So if you’re someone who doesn’t like consuming too much sugar or artificial ingredients, it might not be the best option. Overall, the service was great, the food was reasonably good, and it was worth the visit.

This was our first time in the USA and we started our trip in San Francisco — IHOP quickly became one of our favorite spots. The breakfast is very tasty and the service is great. I can especially recommend the T-Bone Steak & Eggs with the three pancakes — absolutely delicious!
