illy Caffè

I used to work at the BofA building almost 20 years ago. I wanted to kill some time waiting for hubby’s appointment. The seating area is expansive with high ceilings and a wide variety of seating options (small Parisian cafe rounds, square seating for 4, long kitchen table bench seating) which was nicely spaced out for privacy. My Americano was bright and the palmier was crispy, buttery and warmed up without request.

I loved my delicious veggie and egg breakfast sandwich and outstanding london fog (earl grey tea with milk) in a pretty space with friendly and helpful employees.

I loved the espresso cup decors. and vanilla latte was just what i wanted

Awesome cappuccino. It has become by go to place now.

Service was fine, but not perfect ?: one of the bar tenders was really nice, the other lady didn’t care much. Coffee did taste average. And sooooo much sugar!!!! That I didn’t askBut the design of the place is really welcoming and relaxing ?

Great coffee and pastries caffe with Illy brand...definitely a more posh setting than mostly mass coffee houses with an artsy decor and comfortable seating and open space setting. Coffee and lattes are top notch as well as their pastries. Good for to go or dine in in a business lounge setting.

Very large and roomy. The cookie is good but really overpriced ($6).

Had some breakfast with a friend and got mozzarella toast focaccia with flat white. Coffee was great, but the food was okay. We have tried their desserts too, wasn't good enough for the price we have paid. I would definitely visit this place to get a coffee only.

Cafe is closed on Thursday January 5th 10 a.m. All lit up inside. Bakery items visible. No one home! No sign on door. No answering of phone.

Unique place with very good coffee!!

Coffee was good but they didn't fill the cup up, feels like we are paying for 1 cup but getting 3/4 cup instead

Very sassy and unfriendly staff there. Ordered a coffee and cappuccino. Waited. Waited more until the girl ask me what I waited for. She would have know the complete order if she could be bothered taking her AirPods out her ears while working with customers. ??

Corrine is an excellent manager of this stylish cafe with tasteful interior design ; wide floor to ceiling windows offer a view to city’s financial district and the their fashion statements. The sun lights up the cafe as I sip their excellent cappuccino. I use it as my office ; i had the spacious cafe to myself during COVID!This is becoming my regular cafe as well.

A nice space in the finance district. The staff are always friendly and attentive to the details of the orders. A great place to have an afternoon break or morning coffee.

Arrived a couple of minutes before opening time, the young woman working there had already opened the door but we were told very rudely we had to wait until 7am to enter. Once there her terrible attitude followed her. Unfortunately she took our order and seem bothered by the work. Will never go back.
