Illy caffe

Cafe latte was not bad. A little too blonde for my taste. I love illy, especially when I go overseas. Wish they’d sell the beans in store!

Rude service and mediocre coffee. The bagel was nearly $10 and tasteless. They even threw it at me when I approached the counter. Go to Proper Foods next door instead.

Ugh I don't know why I always forget that I do not like the Vanilla Clove Latte here, it has a longering aftertaste that will give you slightly bad breath. Temperature of the drink was good. The cashier was super efficient at moving the line and using both registers. The drinks were also made quickly.

We decided to stop in to purchase coffees to take onboard for our flight. It was our very 1st time to Illy Caffe. We were not familiar with their drinks on the menu and asked what the Caffe Macchiato Caldo was and how it was prepared. The East Indian man bluntly responded whatever he said. As soon as he opened his mouth and the rude attitude and abrupt tone of his voice, I tuned him out. Needless to say, we left without spending a penny at this place. It was a waste of our time and energy to even have dealt with such an unprofessional individual.

Bought a large hot matcha and it’s not even half of the cup. What a rip off! Poor service too!

Have never left a google review until this just because the coffee was so bad. Ordered an iced latte and got this. Tastes like a watery cold brew. When I asked if there had been a mistake they told me this is a latte.

High prices, but good coffee and food.

Easy coffee and breakfast after going through SFO security and on to your terminal/gate area. Join the line and order your breakfast sandwiches, hot or cold. Coffee is delicious too.

I wanted to give 3 stars but still gave 4 stars are below are my reasons:
We tried the Lavender Mint latte which we did not like at first, but after a few sips we did like it. Something new keeps you fresh.
The regular black coffee could be too strong for some, but I loved the taste.
My only concern was cleanliness of the rack and items in it that’s behind the counter. The items in the shelves have layers of dust on it seems pictures.
It is on B terminal and was in our way to get 26.
