The worst Illy Coffee of all Illy shop. I stood at the counter and watched the workers made espresso. The workers made at least 30 times of espresso and never cleaned the puck once. So there were leftovers wet coffee from many previous extracts.
And the man who took the order and made the espresso looked very dirty. His face and hair looked like he just came out of his bed.
The manager of this shop is not doing his job right.

Over $8 for a latte. In Spain the same costs $2.50. Croisson5ts are over $5. Are they made of gold?
Genuinely the worst coffee place with even worse service. The coffee tastes extraordinarily bad (especially the Vanilla Clove), whoever is the barista needs to be replaced asap.
The cashier is also very slow and forgets the orders

Rude service and mediocre coffee. The bagel was nearly $10 and tasteless. They even threw it at me when I approached the counter. Go to Proper Foods next door instead.

Ugh I don't know why I always forget that I do not like the Vanilla Clove Latte here, it has a longering aftertaste that will give you slightly bad breath. Temperature of the drink was good. The cashier was super efficient at moving the line and using both registers. The drinks were also made quickly.
