Cookies are bad and made you sick
TERRIBLE service. I placed an order for nearly $60 to pick up the next day, and from the moment I arrived, it was all disappointment. The cashier wasn’t at her station, and when she finally showed up, she didn’t even greet me. She had such a bad attitude, like being there was a punishment. She told me my order wasn’t in the system and just walked away. I had to call her back, and her energy didn’t improve. After I insisted, she reluctantly “found” the order.
No gloves, no face mask, no hygiene at all — she just threw the cookies into a box. Not even a bag to carry them. The cookies were undercooked, greasy, and honestly not worth what they charge. I give the cookies a generous 5/10, and the service a clear 0/10.
What’s worse is how they make you feel — like you’re not welcome, like you’re in the way. It’s not just bad service; it’s uncomfortable and borderline disrespectful.
And when you eat the cookies, the grease is overwhelming. It leaves a greasy aftertaste that ruins the entire experience.
Do you like paying too much for something mediocre, being treated poorly, and walking away with greasy hands and bad energy? Then this is your place.
Visited the store just before 11pm.
Tiny Choc Chip Cookie for the price, wasn't even as big as the logo on the bag! S'mores cookie ice cream was fine.
Service was average. Felt like they wanted us to order and get out as soon as possible.
I walked there from the handedly hotel about 10 minutes. Got chocolate chip cookies and brownies. Was well worth the walk.
Great ice cream cookie sandwiches. Decent prices as well
Great cookies and great customer service
Cookies were ok staff was lackluster
The late night crew on 1/26/25 (one guy two girls, all brunette) saved my night from being devoid of cookies 🥹 they went above and beyond
Cookies were so warm and tasty. And the lady was really nice
I told the worker I wanted two m&m cookies in my box, but she gave me two chocolate chunk cookies. I hate chocolate cookies.

I visited this location late at night and tried the peanut butter cookie. While it’s not a bad cookie, it doesn’t live up to the hype from their marketing or what people usually rave about. The cookies are pretty basic, and in my opinion, there are much better options out there. The main appeal is that they’re open until midnight, but the price doesn’t match the quality. I wouldn’t recommend spending time or money on them.

I went here several times during my stay in SF: It stays open late so it's super convenient, and the server was lovely each time. Prices are decent for the size of the cookies, and they have a nice vegan selection which is great to see. A delicious late-night treat that I would recommend!

They’ve hired a better staff than the last ppl who used to work in there and I love the service plus they’ve got the best cookies in town ♥️
Yummy! A bit overpriced but I guess that keeps people from over-indulging ?
