You just can't go wrong with cookies after dark! Hard to walk that freshly baked cookie aroma wafting down the street! Picked up a classic six pack of Snickerdoodle, Chocolate Chunk and Peanut Butter Cup. Mmmmm

The cookies and ice cream flavors at this place are simply amazing. My husband and I used to love visiting the outlet in Mission Bay, which is closest to us. However, we have stopped going there due to the Employee service. The girls working there are not at all polite and they don't even take the order correctly. We end up ordering whatever the girl at the counter thinks she wants to order. This has happened almost every time we went to that store.The last time ,It took us forever to place the orders, it was so confusing. The girl messed up the cookie sandwich I ordered, wrong cookies and forgot to give me the second cookie for the sandwich. We were the only customers in the store then, but she still messed up all of our orders. That was our last visit there, we haven't been back since. We have also seen trays of cookies being thrown away in the trash at the same store. We hope that's for a good reason.
I love their warm white chocolate macadamia nut cookie! It hits the spot when I want one. Thank you, Insomnia team.

I went to undergrad in Davis and Insomnia Cookies was our go-to dessert. Moving home to SF, we had a craving and got these. I had leftover points (!!) and there was a code for free delivery so all of this was free. These are our two favorite flavors. Delivery is quick and flawless, on time. I'm not sure how the ambiance of the in-person site is but at Davis it was a very quick to-go and you'd have your cookies done and baked and ready to eat within a couple minutes!

Amazing customer service!My boyfriend and I just went here tonight around 10:00pm, and young lady who helped us was the picture perfect idea of outstanding customer service. She greeted us with a warm and friendly greeting when we walked in. She was very patient with us when we changed our order a couple times. Towards the end of the transaction we saw a sign saying something like "Ask us about or seasonal cookies" My boyfriend asked what is the seasonal cookie ? She told us and offered us one on the house. She made our night! I always appreciate fantastic customer service, so I wanted to write this review to give her the props she deserves! I manage a bakery and her customer service mirrors the customer service that I instill on my team.I wish I got her name so she can get the credit she deserves, she was the only one working up front around 10:00-10:06pm.Great job guys! Keep it up!!

Great cookies but unprepared staff. It was almost 10pm and it was cold outside, we were in a group of 6 people eating inside in the corner and as soon as a new group of clients came in the staff requested us to leave because they had a small shop. Not a very kind way to treat customers. P.s: the shop had enough space for everybody.

The cookies are amazing but please add more vegan variations!! I would be overjoyed if I could order a vegan oatmeal raisin, snickerdoodle, or vegan macadamia.Dietary restrictions: There are a few delicious vegan cookies (and one gluten free option) but I wish there were more!
