I was excited to try these cookies and so we made a 20min drive from home to get some. We ordered 6 classic and 2 deluxe cookies to go. Upon arrival at home, we were shocked to see 3 cookies that were out of shape in small sizes; plus they looked like they were unsellable or bitten off. I have never seen cookies that are out of shape let alone they looked like someone bit off of it. These cookies are nothing special. It was recommended by a friend. Bad recommendation! First and last time for us to get these.

Placing a delivery order at this location was a complete disappointment and waste of time. For starters, my order of 6 cookies took over an hour to prepare. When it finally said it was delivered, I never actually received it. I checked every house on my block but there was nothing there despite my order claiming it was complete. I just wanted to have some cookies.

Do not trust their delivery. They use a 3rd party delivery service. We never received our order because the store marked the order as picked up, and their 3rd party driver marked our deliver as completed and we NEVER received the cookies.

i really liked this place, the cookies were sweet and chewy, the worker was really nice to us, not to mention the inside of the store smelled incredible, would recommend a little pricey though

Cookies were alright- only real stand out was the chocolate chip. Can't go wrong with that. The rest were hard and old. And the service, oh boy. Employees are rude and just want you in and out.
Would not recommend this Insomnia. Cookies are always good- but the service really takes away from that. Staff aren't welcoming at all. They want you to be in and out, and make it known. The latina with a nose piercing always has an attitude despite me and my family being kind. There are some employees who provide a nice, welcoming service but it's easy to overlook that with the actions of everyone else.

Went less than an hour ago. There were 2 people that came out of the front one with blue hair and a shorter one. Both of them rolled their eyes walking out of the back and provided bad service. Cookies were good but it was overshadowed by the horrible service.
