Avoid! Hella lazy here and they don’t have any drinks at all. Staff hides in the back as well and look so bored. Disappointing and they just don’t care here and are full of shame. No one goes here anymore and thought I’d give it another chase but I just wasted my money.

I’ve tried to go about six times now and they always have a sign at the front saying that they stepped away for a few minutes and will be back. a little ridiculous. I feel like they might as well update their business hours to be delivery only.

Late night, they are running out of ice cream flavors and cookies. They do their best with a skeleton crew.
Tastes great though. Good if flexible. But definitely a bit pricey for what you get. Awesome that they are open late.

Went 3 times, at 12 pm, 1:30 pm and 2 pm. The door's locked, and nobody is inside. No signs, and no answer on the phone. The website says they're open and it's Wednesday 6/25.

I’ve had several bad experiences at this Insomnia Cookies location, but today at 3:59 PM was the worst so far. The cashier — the only employee in the store — was rude, unwelcoming, and clearly didn’t want to be there. She didn’t greet me, avoided eye contact, and treated me like an inconvenience.
This isn’t a one-time issue — it’s been like this nearly every time I’ve visited, but today was especially bad. I love the cookies, but honestly, the horrible customer service ruins the experience. Management needs to seriously address this.

I never write reviews for stores but DON'T I repeat DON'T order from this store or any third party delivery services. The reason is because the delivery service is messed up. I order some cookies but ended up canceling my order and asked for a refund. I called the phone 5 times about the cancelled order and for a refund no answer. I used doordash they are no help either.
