I have been coming here for the last three years and have always enjoyed selecting the chefs tasting menu. Unfortunately, the Valentine’s Day menu was disappointing. The food (esp. the Raviolo) was bland and lacked freshness. We did enjoy the Valentine’s Day dessert special though.
Another thing that was disappointing was the ambiance. At first, being seated in a private area seems nice but the setup, or lack of, was not as nice as the regular dining ambiance. The melting candle stick that was the only decoration on the table was messy and died-out pretty quickly.
Overall, the service was ok but the food and ambiance were underwhelming.

We came for valentine for the special valentines dinner and were very disappointed $95 a person we waited an hour for salad and soup which was not the best but good we waited another hour for our meal. The food was good but not enough I had the braised short rib bone marrow no vegetables or potatoes and my husband had the lobster spaghetti which was supposed to be for two and that was a joke he ordered smoke bubble bourbon one for $18 but it was less than an actual shot. The glass of wine I had was good no complaints there . Our server was HORRIBLE he never came to check and see how we were doing after asking if we would like a drink he thought we were going to keep buying drinks but we came to enjoy the evening and
Eat but after being ignored food portions were very small and the price outrageous for what we had was disappointing.’I really feel like he was prejudice because several couples came in after us and got their food before us and we’re just sitting there waiting. I will say they had an area to take pictures and they have out stem rose to all women which was nice I actually got 2 but unfortunately this was not a good experience and we expected better.

I traveled 3,000 miles and make a reservation to check this place out. I get there and can’t get past the host. I had been looking forward to reviewing but it would not happen. I will say this call ahead for arrangement and hope it does it change…

I went for my Birthday 11/27/25 and it was buffet style due to it being Thanksgiving. 🙄

What i will say is the atmosphere is nice however the food selection was not up to part.
I was disappointed but it was Thanksgiving. Thinking back I should have cooked but it was my Birthday!

Sadly the jalapeño bread, mashed potatoes, sourdough bread were the only foods I enjoyed oh and the champagne of course.

The service was okay but it was kind of crowded so it took the waiters a little time to come back to you but they were as attentive as they could be.

Wished I could give it zero stars. Food is terrible. Extremely bland like the owners personality. Not sure how your husband's nickname is chef curry and you as the wife can't cook a decent meal.

Two people of our table of 6 wanted the salmon, but they were out of salmon. Sad but these things happen. The ribs were good but had a lot of gristle.

Great space for a large group! I hosted a customer at a table for 12. We were sat in the larger open space which was great!

If only they're was a 10 star atmospheric rating for the Smoke. Otherwise, I highly recommend this restaurant, as a go to if you want an energetic atmosphere engulfed in smoke 🚬. Warning, enter this restaurant at you're own risk, as my last, visit almost left my lungs smoked. But otherwise 10/10 Joint. Highly recommended and the water was beautiful. - JXCK M.

When nothing better is available, this is a classic and safe crowdpleaser. The food may not be on the upper end of sophistication, but it is hearty, enjoyable, and varied enough that everyone can find something they'll like. The atmosphere or decor isn't winning prizes, but it is all pretty fine, and for an often-busy restaurant it manages to be intimate and quiet.

Look, it's not gonna win a Michelin star, but if I'm in the area it's a fine pick.

NYE prix fix dinner for $125 per person was outstanding. Quality, variety and quantity was an amazing meal for a reasonable price on a holiday night.

We made reservations to come here for dinner before a show we were going to. Very lovely and sophisticated ambience, yet it didn't feel snobby or stuffy. It's not a huge menu, but what is on there is still a nice variety. We ended up not being super hungry so we ended up just ordering appetizers and salads, but everything we had was delicious. Service was great and attentive. My party doesn't drink alcoholic beverages but that menu looked like they have some really good options - I was tempted! I look forward to coming back again and trying some different things on the menu.

We stopped in on a Saturday night. The place wasn’t busy and there was no line, yet we stood at the entrance for almost 20 minutes without being helped. Two different staff members walked by and told us they’d be with us “in a minute,” but no one came. After waiting nearly 20 minutes, a staff member finally approached and said that for two people we could sit on the bar side and didn’t need to be seated — which would have been helpful information much earlier.

The food was equally disappointing. The Caesar salad tasted bland because the lettuce was clearly washed but not dried, so the dressing and ingredients just sat on soaking-wet lettuce. The ribs with Korean sauce had good flavor in the sauce and it was really good, but the ribs themselves were dry. The biggest letdown was the chicken — completely unseasoned, overly greasy, and served as a dense, bland mass. We couldn’t even finish half of it. For comparison, Popeyes has far better seasoning (and I actually enjoy Popeyes) however no excuse for the prices that they charge.

Overall, the service was poor and the food was very underwhelming. I would not recommend this place
