To be honest, this is one of the few places we’d fly to San Francisco just to eat. For the past ten years, we’ve kept coming back, and nowhere else in the U.S. has ramen this good. The broth is rich and full of flavor, the noodles are always just right, and everything on the menu is solid. We’ve tried almost everything here, and it has never let us down. We had the best restaurant experience at IPPUDO. The service was impeccable, the atmosphere is spot on, and the food was outstanding!
Everybody was very nice, we never felt ignored, and the food came out really fast.

Got their Shiromaru classic ramen and it was incredible, I really enjoyed the broth especially adding some chili powder and didn't think it was too salty! We also ordered the karaage, which was fried well but not flavorful enough for us.
