Expensive. Sandwich was only ok. Took 13 minutes for an un toasted sandwich.

If you ask for extra anything, they seem to intentionally give you LESS rather than more. See pics, where I asked for extra pickles and banana peppers... it’s not like this place is very high quality so the least they could do is give toppings when someone asks for them?
If you want to be stingy about something like pickles then, just charge extra for them. If you allow the option for extra toppings, follow directions when someone requests them. 2 or 3 pickles or peppers is clearly not extra, like it’s not even the normal amount on most sandwiches, jeez.
They put hardly any sauce on the bread either so expect a dry and plain sandwich. Wouldn’t bother asking for extra sauce, cause you know you wouldn’t get it

Just ordered a sandwich and it was all turkey rind! The butt of the turkey. Gross!!! No one wants the rind. Do better. The brown in the pic isn’t bread

The staff are all super friendly at this sandwich shop. The sandwiches need some help. They're not wrapped in a way that is conducive to tidy consumption, they toast the top of the sandwich which causes it to shred the roof of your mouth more than it otherwise would, especially with dutch crunch, and they also put too much lettuce with no option on the ordering kiosk for light lettuce. If you want excellence in sandwiches, this probably isn't your spot. It's not horrible though. Also the breaded chicken tasted like 3-day old soggy chicken nuggets from McDonald's. Just being honest.

Bread hard as a rock. Cold sandwich yet cheese is melted and bread is burnt? What am I even eating? I spent a lot of money here
they got rid of the Hey Ya which was one of the best vegetarian subs you could get in the city
Great sandwich

3rd time ordering, each time order has been wrong. The last and final time we paid 6.00 for extra meat, but didn't get it. Maybe go somewhere else

They have the best tuna sandwich ever on the sourdough bread. With the potato salad and jalapeño chips is the best ever.. I love this place

For me the sandwiches were on point. Ordered the Goodfellas, Waverly, and a custom turkey salami all toasted for delivery. Good portions on the meat and to me if it was gluten free bread it was really good gluten free bread. Will order again.
Super rude staff, long wait times, incorrect wait times when ordering ahead. Good food, but you can get a great sandwich anywhere in this city

I got the Irving sub. Top two were the Giants sub. Dutch crunch bread was nicely toasted. Sourdough was good too! I wish the fried chicken was saucy but it was yum! My peppers were unevenly distributed and jumpscared me but I still ate them. Pickles were yummy! They have a little inside space a few buildings over where you can sit and eat, play board games, or play ping pong. Super cute!

Wasted a bunch of my day waiting around for a sandwich - bummer, they taste good but take forever. Would be nice if they fixed their phone too so I could call ahead.
