Waiting 45 minutes for a reservation outdoor in the cold - and then being told that you have to order everything immediately because it’s last call - has a way of making food taste like crap when it finally arrives. That is even overlooking that the pork belly was cooked too long and thus tough.
Beyond the best Ramen in SF. It’s no wonder it’s always on the top 100 for the Chronicle. Michelin needs to review
