Our 1st experience at Jack. Front counter staff was very helpful as we decided on what to try. Food came out quickly, hot and very fresh ingredients. We're looking forward to trying more of what Jack in the Box has to offer during future visits to the West Coast.

Frequently mess up your order by leaving out items, giving you an extremely low quantity (like 1 onion ring), or removing ingredients you paid for.

This is a really interesting place to be late at night in downtown San Francisco. The personnel are friendly it's just a weird vibe hard to explain. Felt safe and the food is good, just an after dinner snack.

They completely did my uber eats order wrong. Just because it's a late night order does not make it okay to serve customers with completely incorrect orders. It came falling apart with lettuce on top of a hamburger bun? Come on. Seriously? Don't order from this store.

The food is fine overall, considering the price is a good fast food option. What I do not like is that the store looks bad, somewhat dirty and sloppy, but I ordered to go so I did not see it so thoroughly. The staff is friendly and the Service was relatively quick.
Every meal, and I don't say this lightly or outta spite, but every delivery order they've forgotten something. Not a minor detail. It's always an entree or side or both. I could care less if my condiments are off, BUT A WHOLE BURGER AND FRIES?? And I'm mad because when I call or bring it up I simply get an apology. Occasionally a refund.

Great late night eats. It was a first time for us. Very busy location, however it was convenient because of the location our hotel. I would recommend in any case, to just be aware of your surroundings. My kids were not impressed with the Boba tea.

Restaurant was chaotic. Ordered a burger without mustard due to an allergy, and jalapeño poppers. Never got the damn poppers, and the burger had mustard on it prompting an allergic reaction. I then tried calling the location multiple times and was hung up on, will be calling corporate.
