They are very disrespectful and do not value customer service at all.I waited at 2:03am for my order to be picked up according to the app.I'll need to pick up my food 43 minutes later the staff is very disrespectful and rude and don't care. about customer satisfaction or service at all got my food at 2:46am staff was very rude and disrespectful.I told them I understand what it means to work in the service industry but they chose to be disrespectful honestly, the app and the service are completely different.Please keep that in mind before you stop by this location the gentleman who was working on the counter was the one who was very disrespectful my ticket was lost and the moment I saw my ticket was found again.They act like I was the one who was an idiot when I clearly saw, they threw my ticket in the trash and did not make or serve my food. Please keep this in mind if you ever stopped by this location again.Jack in the box corporate.Please look into this location and there's service standards that is very sad and I truly expect this from the location.I've been going 3 years. This occurred on 12/14/2025 at 2:03am to 2:46am. Personal working lacked very standard customer service communication.We're doing our best or we're working your needs.Instead.His response was, i'm sorry it is what it is.There's a lot of people that order their food.I work in the service industry, and this is not how you communicate to guests. One thing you can kind of on this Jack in the Box is that it's open late always and it has the dining room that's open 24 hours a day with a restroom and tables and chairs to relax and enjoy your food.
I have been coming here for decades. I usually stop by when I am in the area or late at night. They do not have a drive thru here, but dine in is twenty four hours which is a plus and they do not have much late night options in the area that’s why this place is clutch for existing. The staffs are very welcoming, well trained and very understanding. Everything is made to order which is always a plus for me and I never mind the wait since I am a very patient person. I highly recommend this place to anyone on a limited time, have the munchies or if you just want a quick bite. I definitely will be back to tryout the other delicious options they have to offer.
I ordered six tacos with onions. I reminded them when I went to go pick up my order that there was supposed to be onions on all six tacos and he goes and he confirms with the girl who was making him get home and opened up my order two of my tacos are nothing but onions hardly any lettuce at all and then the other four tacos absolutely no onions. Talk about am imbalance right? I don't know what's worse paying for something that you don't get especially in this economy or the fact that the food was so old that the tacos were somewhere between rubber and thick cardboard. Chewy to eat. I won't be going back so I'm not going to sweat the dollar that I spent on something that I didn't receive because at least I know in the future they won't mess up my order and they did give me a cup of ice.. which tasted better than the tacos. I didn't get any sauce either on the tacos or in the bag. It's not the first rough order I got but it's definitely the last word or I'll be getting. Whereas before I told myself since the guy was so friendly and they were so nice to me when I went there that mediocre food wasn't really that big of a deal.. the service was not nearly as friendly so the mediocre food is a big deal and I just don't think it's worth it anymore. I have officially retired from fast food.

Is the worst service I ever had, this people is very incompetent, Im allergic to red meet, and I order a hamburger with put Bacon and they add doble bacon, we ask for regular fries and they give us curly fries, Thai is the third time that they do this kind mistake, they are playing with people life, but apparently they don't care about that.
