This place was a big mess it had what looked like a ranch all over the wall and table there were the ranch and French fries 🍟 all over the floor inside and outside the establishment. When I finally after 45 minutes of waiting my chicken sandwich was not cooked my grandson's burger was ok he said This is coming from someone who loves burger 🍔

This location doesnt care about food quality, is going downhill fast. Serving burgers with rotten lettuce. Picking at the brown parts, I had to just toss all the greens. And if they don't wash their lettuce, using rotten outter lettuce leaves can seriously make people sick. Go to another Jack.

While I was waiting for my burger, a tall skinny kid in a hoodie came into the store, came up to me and told me, "yo I'm gonna steal your burger and you're going to let me" After explaining to him how that wasn't going to happen, I grabbed my food and walked out. He proceeded to follow me out of the store and then sucker punched me outside to try to take my food. Unfortunately for him, he hit like a child so while it did catch me off guard, it didn't really do any damage. At that point I had already been awake for 20+ hours and didn't feel like chasing him down the street, and he made it pretty clear he was gonna take off rather than square up. So I took my burgers and my wife, got in the car and left. Probably wouldn't recommend this place to other folks late at night if those are the kind of locals that are hanging around. Burger was pretty good, not worth getting sucker punched over.

The food was good and prepared in a timely manner. Most of the staff was pleasant enough. However, the reason for the lower scores in this review are due to the person who was very rude in refusing to let me use the bathroom after I was already told that I could.

Ask politely for everything on my chicken sandwich was told they cannot do that it only comes with mayonnaise and lettuce. I asked for everything on my junior cheeseburger she said she can't do that it only comes with ketchup and mustard. Even though I've ordered everything on my Burgers many times before. Typical treatment from the Spanish Community to a white boy. Always playing games, always short-handing you. Naturally I had to ask for every condiment and I was given no napkins. November 21st 9:42 a.m.

I tried more than 15 locations in the bay area, I never had a major feedback on any of them, I never left a bad review, I love Jack in the box and Ive been their customer for long time. But honestly my experience with this location was bad. I ordered double jack munchie meal with Onion rings and Curly fries, the onion rings and fries tasted like burnt plastic (this has never happened to me in any other location) I had to ask for ranch three times bc the guy at the register was disrespectful and wouldn’t even listen to what I say he just wanted to give me the order and leave even though I was so nice to him. And surprisingly the ranch was expired or kept outside the fridge bc it tasted wrong. The quantity was less than any other location. The burger was not so bad but the meat was overcooked. This location is bringing bad reputation to Jack in the box. Not visiting again for sure.
Fast food at a very good price, a diversified menu and generous menus. I recommend trying

I went with my son after we went to SCRAP on a Tuesday we got curly fries, a burger and coffee milk tea with honey boba(the boa could have used another minute cooking), the boba was a little harder than it should be but the burger and fries were good. We got soda and more curly fries to go when we were done. Upstairs is nice and quiet, we sat by a window and watched the cars and pedestrians go by.
Kid-friendliness: The cashier listened to my son when he made his order and didn't take any one before him. As a child I had that problem many times, waiting in line only to get ignored and have the cashier take the order of the guy behind me.
