Ordered the wagyu slider. No garlic aioli on the sliders and the wagyu beef was cooked to a crisp.
From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere felt warm, vibrant, and uniquely desert-inspired. The restaurant is beautiful, with a spacious layout and great energy, but it still manages to feel comfortable and relaxed rather than crowded. The service was outstanding...attentive, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. Our waitress made us feel taken care of the entire evening without ever being intrusive, and the timing of everything from the drinks to dinner was perfect. The food was excellent. Every dish was fresh, flavorful, and the meats were each cooked to order. You can tell they put real thought into both the ingredients and preparation. The menu has a great variety, so whether you're in the mood for something lighter or a more indulgent entree, there's something for everyone. What really stood out to me was how enjoyable the entire experience felt...from the ambiance and service to the quality of the meal. It's the kind of place where you can relax, enjoy great conversation, and have a memorable dinner. If you're visiting the Indio or even Palm Springs area or heading out after a day of Tennis at Indian Wells, Jackalope Ranch is definitely worth the stop. I would happily return the next time I'm in the area.
It was a good experience overall. Service was slower than I'm used to, but they were busy with some larger parties.
Live music was great! Service was wonderful! Food was very good! Drinks were a bit expensive!
Sub-quality BBQ meats. Ribs were way too dry and brisket was mush. Everything drowned in same sauce. The atmosphere was great. Service very friendly. Very disappointed with the food.
Jackalope Ranch is a spectacular dining experience. The food, the service, the drinks and the ambience are outstanding.
We had a delightful server named Tony and he helped with our dining experience-knowledge of menu, specials item and wonderful personality-just delightful is the word to describe our dining experience!! We had friends in from Rocky Mount VA and they were very impressed with the Ranch!
Always fun, very beautiful great staff. I will go back very soon. Loved seeing the kids play in the grass.
The food was good and the restaurant was very beautiful. We enjoyed sitting down and watching the Winter Olympics on the big televisions by the bar. Unfortunately service felt as if we were completely forgotten as our 3 course meal was served backwards after already waiting half an hour from when we placed our order. The servers were apologetic and while I am understanding it doesn't fully excuse the mistakes made. The price we ended up paying wasn't equal to the overall experience given, even when considering the discount. Overall disappointing but we understand not every service can be prefect and mistakes happen, just sad to be the 1 star review in a place so visually beautiful.
I had the filet mignon and it was perfectly cooked. I also ordered the lobster tail but they never brought it. My wife had the seafood trilogy. Shrimp and scallops were fantastic but the salmon was overcooked. Vegetables were also perfectly prepared. Cocktails were great. Overall the price was a bit on the high side but would recommend it for special occasions. Outdoor seating is probably the best in the valley with beautiful water features and lovely plants.

The food was great on the limited Valentines menu, the restaurant itself is beautiful, we sat outside with the waterfalls and was very nice, the service was impeccable.
Great evening on the patio. Food and service excellent. Will return soon. I hope this restaurant succeeds this time; had a bad experience in the former site and management. But now I can really recommend it to all.
We had an early Valentine's Day dinner with another couple outside. The weather was great. Noise was minimal, and the view was very nice. It was a busy night, but service was excellent. There was a limited menu for the holiday. All of our meals were well prepared and enjoyable. We greatly enjoyed the evening.
It's very noisy inside - but was fine sitting outside, and it is pretty. The food was just ok. Paying our bill was a mess. Our server brought us back the wrong credit card. We told it wasn't ours. She found our card finally. Then this morning we found that our card had been charged twice - for two different amounts. We called the restaurant and received a recording. Still waiting on a call back.
We dine at Jackalope Ranch frequently and have always found it to be very good overall. My wife loves the Jicama Avocada salad which can be ordered with your choice of protein or without. I love the half rack of Ribs on the Wrangler special that comes with some very good sides including the Ranch Beans that have small pieces of meat in the mix. Service is always excellent. We generally sit inside in a booth as it can be a little cool on the outside patio even though it is beautiful outside. Sitting inside it can be a quite noisy because of the bar. Making a reservation online with Open Table is very easy to get a good table at a desired time.
