My meal at Jackson Fillmore Trattoria was excellent. The service was friendly and professional. We had an asparagus, mushroom and prosciutto appetizer that was amazing, along with an order of Calamari, which was simple but good. My table mates had pastas for their main course, which they each said was excellent. One even asked for a special order of pasta- which they gladly accommodated. Service was professional and staff was friendly including the cooks. I ordered the red snapper in spicy tomato sauce which was fresh and tender and also a generous portion. However. I would've preferred a smaller portion with 2 different sides to choose from. My husband ordered the tortellini and it was delicious. It was baked in the oven and the plate was hot. It was a great neighborhood dining experience. Will go back.
