I walked in and ordered chicken chow mein and got all the way to work on Lombard st and discovered they gave me shrimp chow mein! Not only could I not leave work to bring it back and get my chicken chow mein that I ordered but i was told if I couldn't bring it back before they closed they wouldn't make it right! I'm allergic to shrimp! Most restaurants usually give you the meal they made the mistake on and I have never heard of a restaurant wanting the meal back-that is so crazy. What were they going to do with it? Serve it to another customer?! I guess I'm not eating dinner tonight because I started work at 6pm my first break is 15 minutes and what do they expect me to fly to and fro all in 15 minutes?! They close at 9pm! Any suggestions on how to make this right?

Food was awful! ,had fried rice!Bland, No flavor at All!Gad Fried chicken, It was totally Flavorless and chicken wasn't Fresh !!!! Pale in color as well!!Waste of money!

The restaurant was very busy at lunch so I walked in for a quick bite. The chow fun special needed a lil more pop, yet the ingredients appeared fresh. Service was fast, sat down, ordered and was out the door in 25 minutes.

Service was good had walnut prawns with mixed vegetables, potstickers and steam rice overall ambience was good was kinda plan but tasted fresh I liked the food!!!

I've been coming here for years. I remembered there was another location in Union Square, too. It's truly a dive but clean and consistent in the flavor and amount of food received. All they need is a good paint job and get rid of the outdated painting of a young white girl hanging on their wall. Lol, it's a mish mosh of things, but I guess that's what makes it a dive!?!
I work close by and whenever I’m craving for Chinese food I go to this place. The price is affordable and food is great.

Very rude and disrespectful workers all of them. Service is NO good specially cashier with the glasses and a skinny waitresses or the owner's wife...they just serve the food and walks away. They think their all that!

Fast service, decent Chinese food! This is right across from the Safeway shopping center but at the ground flooor. I had the general tso chicken rice plate which I ordered over the phone for take out. I grabbed and go after finding a parallel parking spot right in front...by the way it's on the Sports basement side.....I was happy with the meal I got. Chinese style chicken with white rice and two large pieces of broccoli. It's served in a small bento style container (half chicken/half rice) with a soy packet & a plastic fork. The chicken was good, although it tasted more like a mix of orange chicken and a nice Chinese fried chicken? I still ate it all without hesitation. I grabbed a menu on the way out, sorry about the crumples...

Food doesn't really have flavor and the chicken chow mein garbage old chicken with chunks of fat in it but the worst thing was when I had to wait 15 more minutes for my food when it was already ready sitting right in front of me the server Chinese guy didn't know which one was my food I asked him twice is this my food he reads paper and says no then I asked the lady in front she said yes this one is your food and when I told her I asked the guy she responded rudely sometimes you have to ask more than twice I'm a paying customer I should receive my food as soon as it's ready so this will be my last meal there
