The large açaí bowl is huge and keeps me full most of the day. The fruit is fresh and good quality.
This place has been slammed every time I come in but the employees are always working hard to keep up with orders without cutting corners or getting short with customers. If you’re in a rush, I recommend ordering ahead for pickup.
The shop is small, just big enough for people to order and stand waiting along the wall. It’s clean and the rainbow flags are a friendly touch.

just what you expect. i will say, jamba juice has really taken a turn for the worse in recent years. what happened to $5 smoothies. i miss obama. anyways. the people here were actually super nice and had a good sense of humor when i tried to leave before grabbing my smoothie because i was so spaced out i could've been recovering from WWI-level 1000-yard stare. that's besides the point. other than price this one in particular is decent.

I came into this location last week and was helped by Nazo. She was very rude and had an AirPod in her ear not paying attention to me or the register. She tried to charge me for two smoothies, when I only wanted one. On top of that my drink was made wrong and when I asked her to remake it, she had an attitude as if I was bothering her. Hello this is your job!!!! Overall I was very unpleased with the service! Also the other person working with her (possibly a manager) made me completely disgusted due to the fact that they touched money, trash, and multiple other things and did not wash their hands before handling food products. Again very unpleased with service and hand hygiene, I will not be back anytime soon.

my husband and i took a trip to jamba for a smoothie to help give us energy for a long, activity packed, touristy day in san francisco. the staff were all energetic and radiant which was very much appreciated on an early tuesday morning! they were extremely attentive and efficient with working on our order and even offered a free boost. the entire experience from the second we walked in through the door was great, however, it was a bit sad having to see the staff deal with such finicky machines during checkout. it's unclear from my perspective how old these devices are but the staff, and the customers, deserve to be able to process transactions without hassle. i sincerely hope management sees this and does something to rectify the issue at hand. this is absolutely of no fault of the hard working staff--please do better for your employees.

I stood waiting for an Acai bowl with peanut butter for thirty minutes, and never received it! The people that came after me were already gone by now! I finally asked for my money back, and that took another 15 minutes because, no-one knew how to operate the register! I had to wait for the manager to come! After another 10 minutes of waiting on my confirmation receipt, I decided to leave!
