I went in to redeem the birthday drink that was sent to my email. There was one worker with no hair net or hat on, no name tag, and an untucked shirt. She seemed very annoyed by the few questions that I had and when it came time to scan the coupon, she said it was no good. That it would only be good on the 17th, when my coupon says expired 15th. I tried to show her my phone and she just kept cutting me off with “there’s nothing I can do”. She seemed pleased with herself as she tried to walk away, until I spoke up and placed my order for a large drink. She was very noticeably angry and when I asked the price she responded with “it’s right up there on the board”-which I could not read. I think she must have been ready to close early or something but I don’t feel like that was appropriate behavior AT ALL. And I had to spend ten+ extra $ that I didn’t really have to spend .

Honestly the service was slow. And it’s not the staff fault either. Two people ? Seriously? The owner should hire more people.

We stopped here for a smoothie. There were quite a few people waiting for theirs - and some said approx a half hour. Maybe a machine hadn't been working before I arrived or maybe they just needed to go in the back and wash the pitchers - and hadn't had time to do that. Not sure -- but somehow service sped up and I received mine within 5 minutes. The smoothies are as good as expected at Jamba Juice and the workers were really doing the best they could and were also friendly inspite of how hard/fast they were trying to service the demand.

OJ carrot juice plus I dumped in two shots of ginger. Tasty, but $17 is extremely expensive for that. Also what a depressing location.

This location at the bottom level of Macy's is where you'll find overpriced but refreshing Strawberry Banana Whirls, delicious Cheddar Tomato Twists, and fast service. Seating is available, restrooms are close by.

This is one of my favorite chains as they have excellent fresh juices and smoothies. I go for the pommegranite, or raspberry.
