Stumbled on this place by accident as the place we wanted to go to closeby was full and had a long waiting time. But this place just wowed us with their service and fantastic food wonderfully prepared and beautifully plated. All 7 members in our family lived the dishes we had and there was no 1 dish that could be faulted. Definitely will visit if ever back in SF.

The salmon avocado eggs Benedict was the best I’ve eaten in decades. It wasn’t the presentation, which was flawless. The temperature, textures, fresh ingredients and spicing were incredible. The garnish orchid was delicious. The servers - they must be telepathic - brought everything at the right time, greeted other guests and serving them in a way that had us feeling like we were the only ones there. And this was in spite of the restaurant being broken into the night before and having to clean it all up before opening. If this was a bad morning for the restaurant, a good morning must be unforgettable.Dietary restrictions: They accommodated my Beloved’s food sensitivities and dietary restrictions with no problem.

We came here by looking at google reviews, and unfortunately it was a huge disappointment. I usually tend to leave no bad reviews but I don’t think this place deserves any more than 3.5stars on average. Dishes were looking good but they were lacking of any taste. Everything was grocery-store-bought standard. I ordered ocean benedict and the bread was way too soggy. I had to add salt, pepper and hot sauce just to feel some taste… The sourdough that came with scramble, I think you can have a better sourdough at Trader Joe’s. I didn’t expect anything good from coffee since it’s a diner drip coffee but it was bad even for diner’s coffee scale. On top of everything, 15% fixed tip is just ridiculous

I’m so glad we found Jamie’s Place! The service was wonderful and the food far exceeded our expectations! Every bit was wonderful, all the way down to the strawberry and orange garnish, which were sweet and ripe, not just decorative. Beautiful presentation AND amazing food! Can’t wait to go back!!

I'm always torn between sweet and savory for brunch, and my sweet tooth usually wins (despite my guilty conscience).I was worried the marscapone pancakes would be too sweet, but they weren't! They were so delightful and easy to eat that I had to slow myself down so I could enjoy ?The edges of the pancake were crisp, the pancake itself was light and fluffy (yet still substantial and not just full of air), and sandwiched a layer of soufflé-esque egg whites (see my terrible cross-sectional photos). The banana was lightly caramelized (I would've liked them to be more), the walnuts were light and crisp almost like rice puffs, and the vanilla curd was just sweet enough. It also came with maple syrup which I didn't need. Beautifully presented with an orchid and micro-greens (bites with these were weird for me).The couple of folks I interacted with were prompt, attentive, and business-like so I would say the service was good, though I asked them about the "marscapone flour" ingredient in the pancakes and neither of them knew the answer (one flat out didn't know, the other said she didn't work w the cooks). That's fine, but maybe find out so you know for next time, and you can inform your guests? Finally, I ended up asking David, the owner (Jamie is his daughter) - the marscapone is mixed in with the flour and other ingredients ?FYI 15% service fee was automatically added to the bill.

Fresh flowers everywhere and kind servers that make you feel like royalty. Delicious food and a huge selection at affordable prices, and so close to Golden Gate Park. David was especially friendly. Highly recommended.

First time here, will be back. (Have been here three times now) We've only had breakfast here because they do it well. Saw a comment on Yelp complaining that the hash brown was flat and crispy, lucky for us that's exactly how we like it!Crab cake benedict, this alone is what you'd hope to get at a place that charges at much more because there's no doubt you are eating crab. MOST places give you a filler laced cake mixed with bread crumbs and artificial crab, not here, their crab cakes are mostly just crab with minimal binders.Tex-Mex scramble with Chorizo, cheese, tomato, onion. Comes with a sweet mustard sauce that's actually quite tasty with the eggs., I've had this twice now.Joe's special, spinach and ground beef scramble. All three of the above make fore a satisfying breakfast/brunch.The owner is also very personable and easy to talk with.Kid-friendliness: Family friendly decor and furnishing.Wheelchair accessibility: Big front doors and adequate space inside.

Terrific table settings and the beautiful presentations of food and drinks. We came on a Saturday morning at around 11:30 am and waited for about 15 minutes to be seated as there was 2 tables in front of us. Dish came one by one and I think they could do a better job on the timing because my mom’s dish came when my sister and mine was half way through.Be sure to check your receipt before tipping as I’ve noticed they already included a 15% service charge on the bill but they still attached a receipt for a tip which is somewhat dishonest as it could trick you into double tipping.

Small but busy breakfast spot. Everything was delicious and filling but not too greasy like a typical diner cafe. The chorizo Benedict was amazing and they crisped up their hash browns just how I like it. Omelette was fresh and very fluffy. Also, the mimosa deal was totally worth it especially since it’s fresh squeezed orange juice. The owner check in with us which was very nice to meet him and the staff was very attentive even if they were busy. Please support these type of restaurants and give them a try.

I love this place! Their exterior looks underwhelming tbh but if you want to impress a date or have a fun brunch with friends, this is the place. Their food is delicious, fresh, doesn't leave you feeling weighed down, and so Instagram worthy. They really put a lot of love and attention into the details of presenting a meal. And it really tastes amazing.

This place is surprisingly good. This time, I ordered the tofu omelette, thinking it might be blend, but not at all! Tasty mix of tofu, spinach, asparagus, tomatoes in an omelette is so tasty, without any condiments. Egg was fluffy, hash brown was crispy, I have to yet find anything on the menu I've tasted to be unremarkable.

Amazing ambiance, great service, beautiful food plates, delicious breakfast Full Stack (3 buttermilk pancakes) and Garden Scramble (eggs, fresh crab meat, shrimp, with garlic, tomato, carrot, mozzarella and mushroom)

Staff here on a busy Sunday AM is nice. Interiors are clean as well as the bathroom but some of the tables for 2 are too close together which makes it hard when you're trying to exit or use the bathroom. Not easy for staff to bring your meal to you either. My latte was good and a decent mug full. We tried the following:Original Benedict- $15. Hubby didn't care for the tomato on the English muffin. He didn't think that was part of a traditional Benedict and it made the muffin underneath no longer crispy. Crab Benedict - lots of avocado, but the crab was cold and the Benedict came out slightly warm not hot. Eggs were nicely poached. The Hollandaise sauce was on the bland side. Having made Hollandaise sauce at home, it needed more acid, not enough lemon juice. The hash browns were nicely browned but oily, didn't get drained properly and when the fork tines are pressed on top, the oil leaks out. On a return trip I might consider trying the marscalone or blueberry pancakes.
