My all time favorite is the salmon fatosh salad. They have great appetizers from hummus to "pizza". The "ravioli" is a favorite as well. Go!

Great food, ambiance and service. I couldn't have asked for a better food. I loved the food. I have had middle eastern food everywhere locally and globally, this one is among the very best. Highly recommend it. Also, there is a very convenient parking structure for free across the street. Must TRY!!!

I'm sadden to learn that this delicious restaurant will retire next month. I'm glad that I was able to have experienced such a cozy, friendly place.

I am so happy to have found this restaurant. The baba ganoush is the best i have ever had, and I traveled a lot.I ordered the lamb with feta, the meat melts in your mouth and the spices mix is flawless. As a dessert, I wanted the knafeh, unfortunately you have to order it in advance because they want to serve it fresh. Now, I am not surprised they told me that because i got to try their pastries they nicely gave to me. Usually I don’t like those ones because they are too sweet and the dough is rarely good or fresh, but they were delicious and I will definitely order more next time. This is the best restaurant I have had since long time. Can’t wait to go back to try everything !oh also…the people who work there are sooooo sweet. Voilà

Authentic, delicious, fresh food at reasonable prices. We ordered mezzeh and the chickpea pizza, the portions were generous.

I never knew that there was an Iraqi restaurant like this in the city. I got excited when my friend and I came and I realized it was Iraqi, since I'm Iraqi and I never find any Iraqi places. The menu was pretty short but it seemed legit cause saw some stuff on there like dolma (the real kind, not the canned one) and other Iraqi things like kelecha, quzi, and biryani. I didn't take any pictures but the quzi and biryani were very interesting. Traditionally, these are rice dishes but here, they had the rice and all the works wrapped up in 3 phyllo dough balls, in a sauce. I was so confused when I saw it but both plates were delicious. The biryani had a very creamy yogurt sauce and the quzi had this delicious and sour pomegranate sauce. The kelecha was so weird cause it tasted like kelecha but it was literally ravioli and not like how real kelecha is. It was also covered in yogurt sauce. It was really good though but I've never seen kelecha like that in my entire life.

One of my favourite San Francisco restaurants! Everything is flavorful, budget-friendly, and full. It's also one of the more authentically Middle Eastern restaurants I've come across. The falafel pizza is a must-try.

Went here because it was close by once, do not go. Very average seasoning, texture, food overall. More than that, we had the Mesopotamian bun or something and it was literally a tasteless ball of dough. Waitstaff is super kind and decor is nice but food is unfortunately not that good.

From the appetizers to the main dishes, we were all thrilled with the food. The portions were generous and the Jannah family were very attentive. The mezes plates were colorful and very tasty. The kabobs had excellent flavors and were more than expected. The Fatoosh salad was perfect with the meal. We will return as will our guests.

I don't want to be negative, but this place was very disappointed. I'm really mad from the food I ate there and feel ashamed. I'm journalist from Baghdad city the city of Iraq. I'm very talented in cooking expert in multiple cuisines like Iraqi, Syrian, Egyptian, Lebanese, Turkish and Yemeni. What I ate here was not related to any of these connected cuisines. And definitely wasn't iraqi not even close. I went there with my partner and I was more than happy to show him the iraqi food!! I left the place so embarrassed and feel shame. I really hope the owners could read my review and reply. The food level is not acceptable and shouldn't name it iraqi.

We drove across town for Dinner here and found parking across the street. We got our proof of vaccination ready and went inside to find a crowd and waited for a few minutes, only to be told they were having a private party and would not seat us. If they had put a sign outside we could have saved some time. Needless to say we will not be returning.

Wow, this restaurant is so sumptuously delicious! I recommend you dine here with at least two other people so you can sample different dishes. On your mark, get set...dip! Do yourself a favor and order: 1. Mama Ganoush - Smokey eggplant dip juxtaposed with pomegranate 2. Hudhud Ganoush - turnip and date dip 3. Zuzu Ganoush- Carrot tamarind tahini dip Time to continue the aromatic journey with a flavorful, herbaceous fatoush salad. So aromatic - it might be medicinal? The Saafehat falafel pizza redefines your conception of pizza. The owner was sweet enough to keep half cheese-less for me. There was a slight amount of cheese in the pesto, but it did not bother me and I am sensitive. Maybe, stuff yourself with some vegetarian stuffed grape leaves- tomato herbs and pepper will pep your palate with joy. I generally, order the salmon Tikaa - flavorful pieces of succulent salmon on a bed of fatoosh salad. Other stars: 1. Japanese Eggplant 2. The Jana Heaven Salata - roasted vegetables and pomegranate seeds of green leaf lettuce 3. The baklava - sweet, flakey and floral Service is 8 stars and friendly.

Amazing! From the ambiance to the service and everything in between. It was my first time going but it surely won't be the last. We had the hummus and pita to start. The lamb shank was incredibly succulent, fall off the bone yum yum. The salmon, beef, lamb kabobs were everything I imagined and then some. The lamb and beef cooked to perfection. Juicy, tender and seasoned just right. Everything was simply delicious. Paired with a glass of red. A hidden gem, Jannah. ??
