We were hoping to find authentic Vietnamese dishes in San Francisco and stumbled upon Jasmine Garden. We stopped in mainly for the Vietnamese-style eggrolls (Imperial Rolls), but unfortunately, they were a letdown. The Beef Carpaccio (Bò Tái Chanh) was very fresh with onions, cilantro, peanuts, and shallots adding a nice crunch, though the beef was a bit too rare for our taste and too big for a bite size. The biggest disappointment was the Chicken Clay Pot—it was overly sweet, lacking depth of flavor, and the chicken was tough. On the bright side, the jasmine rice was cooked perfectly.

Ordered the Chicken Pho and Five Spice Chicken Pho. Both dishes were so good and comforting! The portions are big too.
Love how friendly the staff is and the restaurant itself is very clean and spacious. Can’t wait to come back to this neighborhood gem!
