Wishing I could leave no stars because I don’t think that baked goods make up for poor service. The coffee was equally as bitter and sour as the barista. Note to self never leave a tip until after you’ve tasted the quality. Super disappointed and left a bad taste in my most literally. Do better.

The coffee is good, but the staff seem unaware of how much customer experience impacts a business. I didn’t feel welcomed, and was handed a cup that was spilling over and dripping on the side. The barista noticed and did nothing, so I ended up having to clean it myself. If I encounter the same service again, I won’t be returning anytime soon.

One of my favorite bakeries in the city. The pastries here are all so unique with them all being Korean inspired. My favorites are the galbi and injeolmi croissants but you can't go wrong with any of the pastries here. If you do go here though I'd go as early as possible because they sell out of things fast. Coffee and tea here are great as well with the honeycomb toffee latte being a favorite of mine. The actual bakery itself looks very nice with a minimalist design but it's very small so they have you wait outside if you order a drink.

Honestly the pastries were not bad but they don’t even warm them up for you. That’s wild. I have never ever been to a bakery that does not warm up the pastries for you. Got the injeolmi and galbi. The galbi was a miss but it wasn’t horrible. The injeolmi was good but the downside was the powder literally got everywhere. The girl helping us was so rushed and displeased that we were taking a look instead of immediately knowing what we wanted. Mind you there was no line. The store looked kind of uncared for. There also was a powerful fan positioned in front of the counter blowing straight into our faces. I would go else where.

Greedy business refuses to serve free water to paying customers. I spent $60 on a few ludicrously overpriced pastries to feed 2 people, but they wanted me to pay $3 for water instead of pouring me a cup for free. I have never encountered this practice at any other bakery or cafe. They also wouldn’t let me sit in their chairs, because if they did they would be legally obligated to serve free water. The food was decent but not at all worth the price, especially with lousy service.
The boba shop upstairs is happy to give free water cups to homeless people. They deserve your support, not these greedy scammers.
