I feel the crab is the star dish here. Fresh and well seasoned. Not sure but I think not 100% Korean style, but I like the taste, it is

The Korean jajamyeon is the best I've ever had, and that includes in Seoul. The sauce is so interesting: chunky with meat and lots of vegetables, and it's not at all too salty.

Vegetarian options: Our food was so fresh, packed w/veggies. Simple clean preparation, so attractive to the eyes, you could see clearly what you were eating, sauced lightly. Space is small however, cleanly arranged.

THIS IS ‘THE’ ACTUAL CHINESE KOREAN FOOD. I wasn’t satisfied with Korean food in SF before I came to this place, they sell ACTUAL Korean taste food. Kimchi here is the best of what I’ve tasted so for in the U.S. They are generous on ingredients (unlike other k-restaurants…) Servers are very caring and kind, lovely. I would like to come back again multiple times.

Terrific all around. Great food. Even better service.I know their best dish is mostly seafood based, and I'm allergic to seafood, but they still have a ton of things you can order here that you can enjoy that is not seafood.Their Crispy Garlic Beef is to die for, especially if paired with their really good fried rice. On its own, the double fried chicken wings is wonderful, add garlic sauce to it and it takes it to a whole different level. Their vegetable lineup always tastes fresh.Jjam Ppong is really one of the best places in the City.

Fresh and well made!Good flavors and a tight menu make this place attractive and homely..The service is very professional and warm. The atmosphere is very relaxed, quiet and bright. The location is a bit sketchy and parking is typical San Francisco challenging, but I think it’s worth the trip.I think vegetarians will love the options available that can be shared among all kinds of dietary preferences.

My Korean friends and I were shocked at how there’s authentic & delicious marinated raw crab in SF ?? it was IMMACULATE. So well seasoned, fresh, and the crabs had so much meat! We also ordered fried rice, sweet & sour pork, and fried chicken wings - all which were delightful. The manager is the sweetest Korean lady and the staff are so friendly. Will definitely be coming back & bringing more friends/family!!

Wow! The food is so good and the price is very seasonable. I ordered a lot of takeouts and an uncle came out running to help me take some food back to my car. Thank you so much! We will be back.

ONLY restaurant in SF with spicy raw marinated crab. ? And it’s legit (I think) - they provide plastic gloves to eat it with. Was a bit spicy for me as expected, but I don’t handle spice well. Staff are so friendly!
Food is tasty and portions are massive!
