Sandwich is not warm and latte is bland. I’ve been to a lot of their San Francisco Downtown location, and I figured that, out of those places, neither of them got friendly staffs. This cafe is always on the “must go” list of some social media travel influencers, but I would suggest looking at the reviews first.

In fairness we only had drinks, a Green Shield and an Avo shake, so rating the food as a 5 is just based on the drinks. That said, it was great. Vibe was really good. I’d certainly return.

This place was great. I was looking for fresh juice and was pleasantly surprised by all of their options. The staff was helpful with suggestions and my drink was awesome. I also had the avocado egg salad sandwich panini and a small carrot cake. They were both delicious! Not to mention the creative and adorable packaging.
Will definitely be back.

Ate here after the SF marathon. The food was good, just too expensive. I paid $30 for essentially a sandwich and smoothie. The service wasn’t great, as my cashier seemed distracted/bothered. Their menu screen also went out every few seconds, making ordering tricky. They seem to really want you to use their QR code instead. Overall, I kinda wish I had gone to a regular cafe or deli instead.

Great interior ambience but the music is SO loud. It's not ambient music either where it won't bother you too much. Causes a headache! Would be fun to dance to but that's not why I'd go here. if I'm meeting someone, trying to work, or just catch breath, really unpleasant.
