I never write reviews, but this case is absurd. There was a line of people and the workers were ignoring them for good 10 minutes. After asking if someone could help in a polite way they were the rudest and said “oh you can wait a couple more minutes” . Ridiculous and disgusting. Never had such a bad experience in Joe and The Juice but never coming back to this location.

Probably one of the worst experience. Started with non functioning POS and then getting a third grade overpriced water down drink. When I first ordered the drink it was $13 and some change and pos stopped working then I ordered second time on a different pos it was $15 and change. The wort part when the drink came, it just felt like missing most of the things that were on the menu. The cup outside was not clean and got my hands all sticky and had to clean. The only good thing out of this experience is I can completely skip this place going forward.

I decided to try Joe & The Juice for the first time. I ordered an espresso and they refused to accept cash. It has been illegal to refuse cash in San Francisco since 2019. They also charge $1.50 for an iced americano vs. hot. Dude, that's the fastest way to lose a caffeine fueled potential customer I've ever seen. Impressive!

I came in after 3 other customers that waited to be served until they got tired of waiting and walked out. So I walked up to the counter after they left and just waited to be acknowledged. There was 3 employees working behind the counter today around the hour's of 4:10pm and no one acknowledged me. Finally after at least 10mins a young lady apologized first and then asked me if I needed help. After ordering and I couldn't help but hear one of the young men joking to another employee about my name (Tangi) right in front of me and then when he noticed the drink was for me he looked embarrassed and asked his coworker why did she not tell him that was my name and the drinks were for me?👎🏾 I never get loud or get out of character. I will just let you know how my experience was through a review. You literally have children working there. Not that there's anything wrong with that but they lack professionalism. Do better.

Asked for a Cappuccino for here and still got it in a very small paper cup instead of ceramic coffee cup. The videos in the monitors shows it beautiful in the Cappuccino Cup with the beautiful flower design on top, but it certainly doesn’t arrive like that. Used the bathrooms, it was disgustingly dirty, no paper towels, and mirror has prints all over it. Very underwhelming experience. I won’t be coming back.

Stopped by the Joe & The Juice location on Market Street during my visit to SF and was really impressed! I ordered the 16 oz Power Shake and it was absolutely delicious. The location is super convenient right in the heart of the city, and the staff was friendly and efficient. The atmosphere has that cool, modern vibe that Joe & The Juice is known for, with great music playing and a clean, inviting space. If you’re walking around downtown SF and need a quick, tasty pick-me-up, this spot definitely delivers.
I was wandering around and found this great place in Downtown SF for having a coffee and taking a break. It’s a nice and well designed cafe.

Sandwich is not warm and latte is bland. I’ve been to a lot of their San Francisco Downtown location, and I figured that, out of those places, neither of them got friendly staffs. This cafe is always on the “must go” list of some social media travel influencers, but I would suggest looking at the reviews first.
