What a disappointment. Asked for Tunacado, and paid $2 to add arugula… wow it had ONE slice of avocado and 4 arugulas in all the sandwich. The juice “i feel good” was good, the rest I feel scammed

Resoundingly mediocre. My first and last time at Joe & The Juice
First time going to a Joe & The Juice. Went to get a couple of sandwiches. There were only 2 sandwiches on the menu and when I asked if that was all my options, the guy behind the counter said they could make a couple of options that weren’t listed on the menu, like a turkey sandwich and some other one. That’s fine, but confusing, why is there a secret sandwich menu? I then asked if I could get an orange juice, thinking a juice place might have the most common of juices and nope, no orange juice, just these other juice concoctions. Ok fine, no biggie, I’ll skip that. All in all I got a brownie and 2 sandwiches for $30, which is a bit excessive imo. I was disappointed in all the food. The brownie tasted processed and had a rubbery texture. The sandwich…wow what a disappointment, especially for the price. The bread….isn’t bread. It’s two stale crackers with lunch meat and some cheese and tomato in between.
Nothing bad about this particular location, the employees did their jobs well and the physical space was kind of nice. Just this whole chain is apparently a disappointment. I’m kind of baffled that this chain is successful, there’s so many better options for equal or less price.
Watered down coffee, okay sandwich. Absolutely not worth $23.

Always love walking to a place that smells so fresh - Joe and the juice always hits the spot. The kids love it too!
What king of juice bar doesn’t have fresh squeezed orange juice?
Juice is good. Cardboard cup holder for multiple takeaways degraded over a 12 minute walk. Takeaway for 2 juices + 1 coffee was tough to carry, and required care with both hands to prevent the cardboard from breaking or spillage.
My family and I used to love Joe & the Juice, but this visit was really disappointing and I don’t think we’ll be back. The vegan oat milk option for the Power Shake is completely flavorless and they wouldn’t swap or credit towards a different drink. Making things more annoying, the digital menu switches to an add every minute so you get stuck waiting for the menu to come back to figure out what to order. The sandwiches are still good, but
the J&TJ experience is a let-down lately.
Waited in line for a long time, and ended up having to order online. When I received my order the protein smoothies were very watery and still had unblended chunks of fruit stuck at the bottom.
Açaí bowl had noticeably old bananas and freezer burned açaí, lowest quality of food i’ve ever purchased.

Ordered their Acai Bowl and honestly I feel like I’ve finally found my new favorite acai bowl spot. The acai tasted so delicious and perfect in every way — not too sweet and nothing artificial like other acai spots in the city.
So if you’ve been on a similar quest to find the best acai bowl in the city — your search can happily end here 🥳🙏🏼

Great atmosphere; I've come here to work on some projects where I want to be around people, but not necessarily be crowded next to someone. They have some really comfy chairs, and some nice spots to sit by the window as well. I got a lot of creative work done here

The whole place stinks The manager was out There was a young male costumer who was easily distracted by random conversations and he called a costumer an indecent person just because of the way he looked like and the worker confirmed by not doing anything The worker also told a costumer this is not a sanitary and people eat here
Overall do not go there please

Ordered via the app and was informed my sandwich was being prepared as I arrived, which was completely reasonable, as I had just ordered a few minutes beforehand. I got the Joe’s Club sandwich for an early dinner, which always satisfies my sandwich craving. I’ve also tried Joe & the Juice in Minneapolis and Chicago before coming to this SF location and can confirm that the quality is consistent across locations.
