I stopped by this family-owned diner while visiting San Francisco, and it instantly became one of my favorite breakfast spots. You can feel the care and pride the family puts into their food and service the moment you walk in.

I ordered the scrambled eggs with hashbrowns, white toast, and cooked ham — everything was cooked perfectly. The eggs were soft and fluffy, the hashbrowns had that perfect crispy-on-the-outside texture, and the ham was flavorful and cooked just right. Even the toast came out warm and perfectly toasted. You can tell they use fresh ingredients and really know their way around a breakfast plate.

The atmosphere is welcoming and has that classic, comforting diner feel. The staff was kind, attentive, and made me feel right at home. It’s the kind of place that reminds you why family-owned restaurants are so special.

They’re cash-only, which wasn’t a problem at all — honestly it adds to the charm and old-school vibe of the place.

If you’re in San Francisco and want a delicious, heartfelt breakfast made with real care, I highly recommend stopping by. I’ll definitely be coming back on my next trip!

I ordered to go, and they waited until I got there to pack the pancakes with whip cream. This way the whip doesn't melt as much. What surprised me was the total price for won ton soup ($8.75 on menu) and 3 blueberry pancakes with whipped cream
($12.50 on menu). The bill was $29+, for a cash only place. Did I miss the price increase/markup somewhere?

Such a cute little diner. Barstools and two to four person tables. Got there at noon, could take a seat wherever, and from order in my food I was served 7 minutes later. My waffle with strawberries and whipped cream was delightful. Definition of a mom and pop joint - two up front, one cook in the back. There were some regulars who the owners knew and greeted by name - everyone was very friendly. If laid back classic American breakfast fare is your deal I would highly recommend.

Mom and pop, old school, no frills at all diner. A breakfast plate averages about $12 per person, and only expect the classics. Hashbrowns are crispy and delicious. Tastes like mom's Sunday breakfast.

I've been going here since 2006, this place is the best breakfast spot in all of San Francisco, and the staff are amazing! If I could give 20 stars I would.

Old school neighborhood diner. Counter seating. Right next-door to a florist, hat, shop, hardware store, delicatessen, community, pottery, studio, and the dog bar. I will return:)
