Just found out about this place, and was hosted by the very pleasant and talented cook, Ms Su. The flavor of her dishes is so authentic. Not greasy and reminds me of a home cook meal from Guangdong province. She just opened dine in 3 months ago and like all restaurants struggling w staff. This is a place where you literally take yourself above the bustling sidewalk, enjoy the fragrant jasmine tea and wait for Ms Su’s handiwork. We had a small meal after a party and everything hit the spot: the rich soupy XLB, fluffy BBQ pork buns and the wonton in chili sauce w a bit of sweetness. I even bottle the sauce home. Will definitely return to support this mother-daughter business.

Delicious authentic Chinese food. Don’t expect a nice ambiance or service but the food is worth the wait. You’ll find this place a bit hidden on the second floor.

I came from New York to visit a friend, and on Friday night, feeling hungry, I stumbled upon this gem. Although the service was a bit slow, according to the waitress that there was only one chef in the kitchen, well I understand that. Dishes were very tasty and reasonably priced; the mushroom silky chicken over rice truly amazed me. I think making a reservation in advance might help avoid such a long wait next time.

The food is so good! Had shrimp wonton soup, the owner helped me order the non spicy version, super helpful and sweet, underneath is a gay bar with muffled club music. Overall great atmosphere, service and food. 10/10 mom and daughter restaurant.

The food was sooo amazing and authentic. It is run by a mom and a daughter. The mom is a great cook! However, it’s a little bit pricey. 18% tip was automatically included for 2 people and customers had to pay credit card transaction fee which was not typical.
We’ll definitely give it a try but maybe takeout to avoid extra charge.

Food was delicious, I really liked the garlic eggplant. The woman running the restaurant with her daughter was so sweet! Would really love to see more people try out this place, it seems quite new but they’re clearly putting a lot of heart into running it. We got garlic eggplant, Sichuan wontons, Sichuan spicy boiled fish and char siu fried rice. Hoping to try their sour cabbage fish next time.

The food here is delicious! A real family operation, mom is in the kitchen and her daughter is front of house. I can’t believe it doesn’t have a line down the street.

Excited to have a proper cantonese standby, and open til 2am! Good mix of late night Asian eats crowd pleasers and authentic Cantonese dishes. Chicken congee is made with free range yellow feather chicken, rice noodles are steamed to order, and veggies are fresh.
