Ju-Ni offers an exceptional omakase dining experience with a talented chef for every four guests. The chefs provide interactive and personal service, creating a welcoming and special atmosphere. The restaurant features a clean and elegant ambiance, with attentive staff. The omakase menu has a variety of dishes, and each piece of sushi is melt-in-your-mouth delicious. The hamachi and Hokkaido scallop sushi pieces stand out, while the monkfish liver course is a highlight. The fish is incredibly fresh, with premium cuts flown in from Japan. Some bites are incredible, while others can be repetitive due to the same sauce and lemon juice used. Although the fish and rice are great, the portions are small, which may leave some guests wanting more. However, the quality of the fish is evident. Ju-Ni is an excellent choice for special occasions and for those wanting a cozy and intimate dining space. The counter seats up to 14 guests, allowing diners to watch chefs prep and plate each dish with the freshest fish. The experience is very intimate, and while the price may concern some, many feel it is worth it. Strongly recommended for those who love fish. The atmosphere, while lively, may differ from other omakase spots, but the food is fun and delicious. The miso soup and ice cream at the end provide a wonderful finish, making it a must-try spot for anyone seeking a memorable dining experience.
