I recently had a problem with an online order that had nothing to do with this physical store, but the owner here was gracious enough to push my concern until it was resolved. This specific store is outstanding in customer service and next time I’m in the bay I’ll make sure to drop by and grab some drinks for the fam! 💚
The BT21 Galaxy Matcha Latte and POG green tea were so good and hit the spot! The customer service is always great at this location and the staff is always so friendly and work very quickly. Looking forward to my next visit!
Been going here almost weekly and I’ve had a great experience every time! Their matcha is deicious, especially the guava matcha latte. I’m not the biggest fan of fruit in matcha, but the guava latte turned that around for me!
