The shop's concept is all about full customization. From the biscuit base to the spread, cheese, and toppings, you're in complete control. I went the classic route and chose garlic aioli, cheddar cheese, ham, and bacon. Jade, on the other hand, ordered her Lox Special.
The magic of the sandwich lies in its soft-scrambled egg, which has a texture like the egg in a Japanese omurice, skillfully binding together the savory notes of the cheese and bacon. The biscuit base, meanwhile, is responsible for providing a solid, satisfying crunch.
One bite was all it took to understand: it was delicious, and you absolutely have to eat it while it's hot.
Hidden Gem for Breakfast Sandwich Lovers
We stumbled upon this cozy little bakery and breakfast spot and were genuinely impressed. We tried two breakfast sandwiches, both delicious but with distinct personalities.
The standout was the kimchi, egg, and cheese biscuit, a special of the day. The bold, tangy kimchi paired shockingly well with the buttery, flaky biscuit, making for a flavor combo that felt both inventive and comfortingly familiar. It completely stole the show.
The second sandwich, a twist on the classic egg and cheese with salmon, was also really solid. Rich, savory, and satisfying—but if I had to choose again, I’d go back for the kimchi in a heartbeat.
We didn’t get to try the baked goods this time (breakfast filled us up fast), but they looked absolutely incredible. The pastry case was packed with treats that we’re already planning to come back for. A return visit is definitely in the cards.
I just ate the banana nut loaf,l bought this morning. Just gotta say, it was DELICIOUS 😋. Best I've had
Big variety of nice pastry
Amazing biscuit sandwiches. Everything I tried was first rate. Was able to sit outside and enjoy a nice breakfast
The biscuit sandwiches are fantastic! I enjoyed the bacon and scallion biscuit,my daughter had the buttermilk biscuit. You choose a biscuit and build your own. Lots of pastry options.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The breakfast sammie is insanely good and reasonably priced. Bonus: so many options to customize it

Light and hearty way to start the day! The biscuit and eggs are both super fluffy and pair great together.
Be prepared for a bit of wait, it can get busy in the mornings!
Also would recommend eating the sandwich at the spot (even though seating is limited). The sandwich can cool down pretty quickly.

Food - meh, dry biscuit with very little flavor, maybe it wasn't fresh enough, or it was an off day for whomever was crafting the ingredients??
The garlic aioli was funky (in a bad way) tasting, and the bacon was not crispy. Everyone has their own preference when it comes to the cooked level of their bacon, so this part was irrelevant.
The avocado on my biscuit was not ripe enough (also irrelevant, but worth mentioning).
Like most popular places, underwhelming.
It's a cute local spot, but will most likely pass on any future visits 🤷🏼♀️

The wait was incredibly long, especially given that I was the only one in line when I ordered. I was given an estimate of a 10-minute wait, but my small takeout order for two ended up taking 20 minutes without any warning. A group (~5+) that arrived well after me received their food at the same time. Disappointing wait especially given how hard it is to get parking in the area and my friend had to just keep circling the block while I was waiting on the food.

Look we love their croissants, and stop in regularly (laundry day) to grab some, but today, the woman behind the counter tried to jam all 3 of them in a bag that would barely hold one. I don’t know what her problem was as I said “those aren’t fitting in that bag, please don’t squish them like that” like what is she thinking? why would anyone buy premium crossiants and then squash them into a bag that is made to hold ONE? Then she just walks away. Normally they put them in a box, which I couldn’t ask for as she just glared and walked away from the whole counter. I’m so sorry I didn’t let you crush my purchase. 🙄

Great shop, the biscuit sandwich was delicious and the croissant was delectable. Great hangout spot to bring your friends, family, SO, or come alone and you will still enjoy this beautiful bakery. Highly recommend if you are in the area.

Very dissatisfiying customer service. ordered online for pick up. went to the counter for pick up and was told to wait on the full long line. the counter people keep saying it's not ready and to wait in line again, which was very long. 15 minutes after the order was supposed to be ready i said what's going on, and the cook was just throwing orders over on a high shelf and not letting anyone know. Too messy of an experience, won't be back
I took a bite out of the pumpkin bread and the words “Holy Fu@&” came out of my mouth purely by reaction.
Amazing pastries, staff was friendly. 11/10, coming to visit again.
