I was excited to try this place, and I ordered a Too Good to Go Bag. I arrived mid-afternoon, and I was immediately greeted by the owner. The place was spotless and welcoming. I proudly declared that a Texan was in the house to judge his kolaches. I had a sausage and egg kolache and a sausage/jalapeno/cheese kolache, and they were a great reminder of home! I liked that the kolaches weren't overwhelmed with the bread, and the eggs were creamy. It's easy to dry out kolaches, and the bread on these was perfectly moist. Color me impressed, I will be back!

Don't skip this place. Clean establishment. Upbeat environment. Friendly staff. Fresh food and great selection. I recommend the mixed berry and cream cheese, has brown and bacon, and egg and cheese. I've tried the sausage and egg and it's good too. My partner has tried the pizza and Philly steak which were also tasty.
The bread takes these breakfast goodies up a notch!

Great brunch options for when you’re in a hurry. Tried the egg/cheese and egg/sausage/cheese ones; both hit the spot. It reminds me a bit of peasant pies though personally I liked this better as it felt a little cleaner/simpler.
