Kamekyo is a cozy neighborhood joint with fresh fish and great service. The hamachi kama special is excellent, along with fantastic eggplant and sushi. The sushi chef is friendly and welcoming, making it a great spot for families. Known as a no joke sushi place with the best sushi chef around, serving delicious and fresh fish. House special rolls like Hamachi Delight and Dynamite roll are highly recommended. A solid choice for seafood lovers, offering reasonable prices for quality seafood dishes. The amaebi is a great price and so fresh and yummy, with fried shrimp heads. California roll is also made with real crab and perfect. It's the sort of old school Japanese spot that used to be pretty common, but the fish quality is still solid and sushi lunch hit the spot, plus def felt some nostalgia. The restaurant had one couple at the sushi bar. The tuna was definitely a star.
