Heard great things about this place so we had to try it! They have so many great looking items I was excited to try! We got in late but were still able to order. The nice lady taking our order was sweet & welcoming. I asked if it was family owed & she said yes :) which made us happy because we love supporting family owned businesses especially locally. This spot has undergone much change. Yet, every time a new regime comes in the product improves. I was very much a fan of Chacho's predecessor, which I believe may have been called Kanpai. Yet, last night I visited Chacho for the first time, and I walked away happy. I started off w/an appetizer, which was the Seaweed Salad, and I liked the way it was seasoned.
