We have been going to Kate's kitchen for 20 years now!! Not sure if they changed ownership but it is still excellent food. Used to be crazy lines waiting to get in but we got in easily at noon with the ability to eat breakfast or lunch. Highly recommend!
My waiter was a young woman from Uzbekistan āSā who was 100pc on top of things. Not too busy this morning yet she was on the ball, friendly, attentive and keeping cafe neat with side work. Was there alone this morning and made to feel very welcome. I have nothing but good experiences at this place. Food was quite delicious and priced fairly too.
I had a lovely brunch with a former colleague today and really enjoyed the veggie scramble. We talked at length with the charming long-time owner and had a great experience at this quaint place.
