Had a wonderful dining experience. The food was delicious. We had the chiroshi, salmon Kama, & shrimp tempera. Service was very attentive. The ambiance was very chill.

Ambiance was good, not too busy on a Saturday night but not empty by any means. Food was good and reasonably priced. Salmon was amazing!

Superb quality sushi, among the best I've enjoyed in the Bay Area. Deep rich pure flavors tastefully made, not drowning in sauce. Almost minimalist. And excellent full leaf green tea. Highly attentive service. Worth driving. Very casual atmosphere, and very clean.

It was my first time coming to this sushi and I thought it was interesting so I ordered takeout. The place looks quite calm and relaxing and it is quite far from the hustle and bustle of the city, so it is ideal for a getaway with your partner if you don't like places. with a lot of noise, if you are lucky you will be able to find where to park your car in theStreet

Miso Soup, Hot tea, Sushi Rolls baked / non baked. All can be improved by a lot. Should also get a different brand of soy sauce...

I've tried almost everything on the menu. The rolls are delicious, hot ones are covered in yummy sauces. Their udon/ramen soups are top notch, creamy and don't make you want to drink a gallon of water afterwards. The service is great but because they only have one server, it gets slow. She is doing a great job but it's over whelming for her when the place is packed.

Charges $1.00 for a "bagging fee" on to-go orders (they don't tell you, they just charge you.) I think a whole dollar is a lot for that. So, with my future orders, I'd tell them no bag needed. And the next couple of times I didn't get charged. Came in today and I was charged! When I confronted them about it, the girl said it's not just for bags, but for boxes too. I have a restaurant industry background, so I do understand costs for supplies, etc. but I've never been to a restaurant in SF that charges bag fees like this. Perhaps build the supply costs in with the food...because generally, customers won't like this type of business model. I get a nickel & dime feeling from this place and it really puts me off. Also, their miso soup is consistently, terribly bland! :'( Kazoku you don't pass the vibe check anymore.

This place is a great neighborhood hangout. I the wait staff and food are fantastic. I got an appetizer and some sushi. Not sure why this place isn't as busy it's so close to the beach!

This place checks all the boxes at a reasonable price. Great portions, options, and fresh food. The wait staff are reserved but super sweet once you get to know them! Give em chance people, leaving a review of staff without talking to them a couple times is crude Peace

When searching sushi in San Francisco this is not the first place that pops up. We stopped in after the Hardly Strictly Bluegrass Festival and were so glad we did. Small place with friendly staff. Easily seated with no reservations. Fresh fish and very tasty. Try if your on the Richmond neighborhood.

The sushi here was very, very fresh and wonderful tasting. The price of basic sushi rolls ranged $8-$11, while the more varied in topping’s sushi rolls ranged from $11-$20+. Slightly pricey for a family of 3, (unfortunately typical for SF) but the freshness made it worth it! Would definitely recommend and come back for more.
