Bought a fill up box and about an hour after eating got sick as a dog from food poisoning. Food was not fresh the people working there catch attitudes.

It is unbelievable that they still offer no seats for customers. Covid is over for a long time and you guys need to open the seats for people to eat there.The employee’s attitude is bad. Didn’t even listen to me when I asked for eating inside.

i didn't notice the 10pc nuggets were $5 and the chick let me order an 8pc for 5.79 and she still just gave me 8 instead of 10 after i pointed this out to her other than that the nuggets are great, the buffalo ranch sauce is not it. the location is okay, i know its fast food but the service could be better.

Visited 8/7/23 had the 3 piece was perfectly fried, moist and battered. This place does fried chicken best in SF like in years past when KFC's pride themselves back in the 70's. Who ever prep the chicken and fried knows what they are doing, keep them with encouragement. The best KFC in all of SF!! Much better then Popeye's with small little chickens they use.

No place to seat here. They blocked off the stairs to the upper level with a trash bin, where the seating is located. They have blocked this off for at least a few years now. Likely they are too lazy to clean the tables.The service itself was bad. I ordered on the app and it stated a pick up time of 12:50. I got there around 12:55 but the order was not at the pick up counter. It was sitting at the back, so I had to call the cashier to give it to me, and she only did so after carefully checking our names. This is not standard procedure at other Popeyes.The "Spicy" Chicken Sandwich I ordered was not spicy at all, and the sauce application was very un even and sparse. Bland DRY taste. Popeyes is so much better.

I stopped there late dinner and ordered the chicken sandwich which taste good but the flavor is a bit bland. The chicken is drying too. Food served late. Service is pretty slow.

Wow, so overpriced. It's $3.99 for the Beefy 5 Layer burrito. You might as well go somewhere nicer because it seems like your meal will cost the same.

This is the best KFC I have been to in SF. First of all, they actually have a parking lot.I came here because I had a bad experience at a different KFC location a couple miles away, where I ordered on the app, and went inside when it said the order was ready. No one ever called out my order there, and I had to inquire about it, since so many people were picking up their orders ahead of me. And then they said they never made my order, because they are not making the item that I ordered anymore. And then they told me I have to cancel the order online somehow. There's absolutely no way to cancel an online order in the app, or on the website. If they weren't making my order, why did it say it was ready for pick up? They said I have to contact customer service to get it canceled, and I asked them if they could give me a verification that they did not make my order. And they said they could not refund me, give me a verification, or cancel the order. They said corporate will just call them, and they will verify to corporate that my order did not get fulfilled. But how are they going to remember my one order out of 1000? Call me a glutton for punishment, but I really wanted KFC for dinner, so I gave the Geary location a try. It was almost closing time, so most of the stuff in the back were cleaning up, but there were still a couple of customers ordering ahead of me. It is a world of a difference here. It's surprisingly clean on a rainy night, the atmosphere, feels safe, and they are kindly attentive to each customer. At the end of the night, most people are tired and ready to go home. But these guys were still ready to go the extra mile for me. They were apologetic after I explained what I just went through at the other store, I was able to place my order no problem. It was ready in just a couple minutes. It's tough to get fast food in SF, but if it's a late dinner, this is a good spot to fulfill a craving. Anyway, moral of the story, avoid the sketchy store.
