I've tried to give this place a chance over and over be there are a few good workers but the lazy ones mess it up for the rest. Always giving my parents an issue when they go pick up an online order. It's paid and shows ready for pick up but refuse to look at the orders that are packed and ready. Rude and wrong is not good for business.
They didn't give us our drink either and the food was cold.
I haven't been to this camp see you in a while but at least when I did walk in for takeout they were quick efficient.

I can't believe that when they are about to close they can give the bathroom to customers like me who are frequent. My last time going to this establishment because they don't provide the bathrooms for the customers even though they have the keys and they don't want to give it just because they don't want to clean again my exact date of this comment and the poor service given by the employees is March 3, 2025

Dirty. Homeless hanging out in the area. Service is very unprofessional. Drink machine is so sticky. They started skimping out on the chicken, they're all half the size they previously were a year ago. Seriously, what even is this tiny drumstick. They put it under the thigh to hide how small it is. If you're going to serve that tiny thing, I want another piece to make up for it, or better yet, don't serve those at all.

We ordered home delivery, the courier threw everything on the floor outside, all the food got wet because it was rainy, the boxes got soaked. Despite the fact that we asked for delivery to the door. You could have at least brought it inside so that the food wouldn't get wet. We had to throw out the entire delivery.
