I visited the KFC on Taraval Street in San Francisco for my son's birthday, as he loves KFC. After placing an online order, I waited 45 minutes because the staff claimed they didn't see it on their screen. Despite showing my confirmation and bank transaction, I was ignored while the staff attended to other customers and spoke in Spanish. When I asked for the manager, a staff member who was not wearing a hairnet and had unclean, unprofessional-looking nails claimed to be the manager, but then another person also claimed to be the manager. Neither addressed my order, and I'm still missing money from my account due to the transaction. I contacted KFC customer service, but they haven't resolved the issue. This location lacks professionalism, and the experience was unacceptable."

To top it off, my sandwich looked like it was messed up. I’ve always loved KFC, but after this experience, I felt compelled to call the company and will not be returning for a long time."
the way they serve to customer is worstand when i eat the sandwich the buns was totally damage its totally blue and workers also does not loot whether the food is expired or not …..

I thought KFC supposed to be "finger licking good". Unfortunately it's not. Ordered two pieces crispy fried chicken meal and the chicken had NO taste. Even Safeway fried chickens taste better than this.

The chicken, coleslaw, and mac and cheese is so bad lmao. Also it was expensive as hell, all that was F40. And it didn't even taste good, but if you're starving it would probably taste okay.

I wanted to get the doubledown when it first came out because it looked like a leap in American innovation, and I was here for it - except I wasn’t, and it went away.
Finally, it came back, and I rushed out to get one. Now, it’s a fine sandwich, I just wish that KFC had better fried chicken. Also the breading on the inside of the sandwich gets very moist as the sandwich sits.
However, the Chizza was pretty good! The sauce and cheese added to the chicken. I’d recommend trying the Chizza if you want KFC chicken.
