5 stars for Paulette with the pink hair. She went well out of her way to help me to figure out how to order one of the specials that were apparently only offered if ordering from online. She still managed to serve several customers with ease (as she was also helping me with the website glitch) that were coming through during the process. Otherwise, had I ordered the same box from the counter, it would have cost me $5 more! She went above and beyond what is considered good customer service. I can only imagine how any people that come through everyday with the same issue. Paulette is fantastic.

I went in about 5pm on a Tuesday. Everything was perfectly fine. Then a big woman with dark pink hair about a half inch long came in and started bossing the employees for idk what. There was nothing wrong with them but she started telling them every single thing to do. Like they were in training on their first day.Totally unnecessary. I felt bad for them.
