An incredible dining experience that is absolutely worth the high praise and accolades both locally and internationally. The wine pairing experience was phenomenal and absolutely worth it. Especially the Santa Barbara Kiln labeled Cabernet Franc. A highlight of the evening. Chef Carlos provided a very personal touch to the experience explaining each dish and requesting feedback. A dining experience that truly is one of a kind.
This was the best place to celebrate New Year’s Eve!

Start to finish it was a fantastic, fun and delicious experience. We loved the atmosphere and the playlist. Each bite was interesting and delicious and unexpected. We loved asking questions and the servers knew all the answers, even the type of wood the chargers were made out of.

We aren’t big drinkers so we stuck to a half bottle of champagne and each tried a glass of their non alcoholic...
Kiln exceeded my expectations. The food was delicious and creative. The abalone was a little salty for my taste, but everything else was amazing. The best dishes were the langoustine, the lobster, and the olive oil ice cream. The chef was not shy away from using a healthy amount of fat and oils for flavors. The meal ends up being on the heavier side however. The wine list was good. The service was personable. The ambience lights were just the right amount for mood and great food...
