Fillmore is very good
Extremely slow, checkout register was unattended 70% of the time (checker would process one person and then go hang out in the back for a few minutes) so there was a huge queue of already-made sandwiches ready to go that people just needed to pay for, and as a result of the disarray they handed me someone else’s sandwich - which I didn’t realize until I was on my plane and it was too late to fix it.
Take the stupid employee benefit surcharge off and just incorporate the cost into the menu.

Jade Cruz was so helpful!!!! I was looking for a gluten free option and he really went out of my way to find the gluten free bread, toast it, and load my sandwich to perfection! Such a nice guy!!! Ask for Jade!

I ordered a veggie avocado sandwich, and guess what? I found a bug in it!
They have their times posted that they close at 11 PM. I was there at 10:15 PM and they were already closing and I would not serve food.

Great service, but don't put your shitty business practices by taking more profit on the customers. Pay your employees well instead of a 5% surcharge on customers. Be better

This gets 5 star for an airport deli. I decided to come here from D terminal because it was the only thing within a couple terminal radius with a 4 rating or higher. The staff was friendly and the toasted sandwich was actually really good.
