KO is a small restaurant with a limited staff of two members. Despite its popularity, the restaurant does not strictly enforce its 90-minute time restriction for its all-you-can-eat (AYCE) menu. The AYCE menu is available at $19.95 during Happy Hour before 5:30 PM, which includes drinks, and offers a good fish-to-rice ratio with high-quality fish. For those seated after 5:30 PM, the price is $29.95. The restaurant may run out of certain menu items, and it's best to arrive early to ensure seating. The restaurant has a limited capacity, seating about 25 people, and is not suitable for large parties. The staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring quick service. Highlights of the menu include the unagi (eel), spicy tuna and spicy salmon hand rolls, hamachi lime ceviche sushi rolls, salmon mango salad, truffle carpaccio, shrimp skewers, Korean cheese corn, honey garlic chicken wings, and purple potato tempura fries. Guests can also enjoy a variety of drinks, including Asian soft drinks, and desserts like cheesecake and ice cream. A 20% automatic service charge is added to the bill, but this is not disclosed prior to payment.
