Krispy Krunchy Chicken

The food was horrible. Ive tasted so much better Krispy Krunchy food from other locations but this one was really just not good. Very unsanitary too

If I can give them a zero star, I would I cannot believe how terrible their chicken taste here, their chicken does not taste like other Krispy Krunchy chickens.
The customer service was fair, but this was just to hide everything that was going on no. They are wearing no gloves. unsanitary, I got my mashed potatoes gravy with hair in it. The server did not use thongs to Serve the chicken he actually served it with his bare hand. I refused to Pay!!!! Until he threw away the chicken put gloves on to serve me the chicken..
I go home and open up my mashed potatoes and gravy and has hair in it. I cannot believe this save yourself. Do not go here. Find another location.

The mid age Asian man that runs the shop is rude to his employees, yelling and acting tough. Gave me heartburn before I even had my friend chicken, he yelled out “mind your business” his energy was so off putting. I was the one in white and with a mask on 10/10/24. Hated the experience

Truly disgusting food. If only the chicken, biscuit, or mashed potatoes were as good as the service was. It was promising, almost like they were trying to make up for the terrible quality of their products. I took a bite of one thing, it was horrible. Took a bite of something else to get the rid of the bad taste, it was even worse. Nothing salvagable in this menu. I don't normally leave reviews, only when I feel strongly about something I've bought. I bought from this place this once but never again, truly shameful. It should be closed down and apologize to the community quite literally.

Very bad experience... The only good thing was the customer service. Everything else is a mess. The food quality is horrendous, at one point while eating my food I thought they might have given me rotten food because of the bad taste (this was the mashed potatoes) the buiscuit was very hard and burned and it looked like it was old. The chicken also had a weird taste and was hard to bite, not fresh at all. Had to throw away and didnt finish eating. I feel like I wasted my money and time trying this place.

i usually love krispy krunchy as a chain but this location is not it. i’ve been coming here for a little while now wanting to give it a chance but it is consistently not good. everything is not crispy (even though half the menu is not ready to order) and overall the quality is just not here

If you merely walk in, they don't have fresh cooked chicken. This location never has a cashier available and there's a ton of "supplies" packed at the windows when they should be in the back!

Love their cajun tenders. 8pcs is so much food! The 4 Piece Dark Chicken Meal Deal was also pretty great, and very juicy.

Chicken was okay but the potatoes were horrible. I’m not one to complain bc I love potatoes but these wedges must have been cooked like a week ago and reserved bc the taste was super off, and they were not krispy at all. I thought maybe it was just the one but I bit into two other ones and they all tasted spoiled or something. Biscuits are also dry. I usually love this chain but this one needs some work.

The best fried chicken bar none. Ever since I found this place at my gas station on 16th Street in San Francisco I have been a steady. delicious, perfectly fried, spicy Louisiana style fried chicken. I am from Louisiana and I know a thing or two about chicken and this place has the recipe down. Not too wet not to dry just good spicy fried chicken. Definitely more affordable then Popeyes. Popeyes does okay but is too expensive with all their little overpriced sides If you want just a good chicken meal get that out 2 wings & a breast. It comes with a free biscuit and you can't beat It with a stick. You & yourns will love it.
