Kura Revolving Sushi Bar

3 stars for they don’t take walk ins the last hour. Also the wait time is 1-2 hours weekend nights. Otherwise, a fun and nice place to eat.

I give this place a 10/10 for creativity, and uniqueness. We were more than excited to try their sushi and came out satisfied. The prices weren’t too bad, and there’s a nice amount of choices to choose from.
We will be back!

My girlfriend and I love this place It is very clean and excellent food.

Was told 20-30 min on the tablet but waited an hour to get a singles spot. They decided they didn’t want to clean any of the singles spots for 15 min but then gave it to a party of 2 when I pointed it out.
Maybe they just leave spots open on purpose to build the line and make it popular?
Food quality is the same as other kura. Good for the price offered
Been to many other Kura in the past but won’t be visiting this one again anytime soon.

The food is ok, and although the wait times are long, they have a check in process that will tell you how long the wait time is.

The problem is that after you're notified that it's your turn, you then have to wait a looooong time to actually be seated. So the estimated wait time is utterly useless as you still have to wait an indeterminate time to actually eat. In our case, way longer than the original estimate (i.e. > 2x)

Empty tables. I was told to wait and when I asked why, I was told it was because I talking and wasting their time. Really? Terrible customer service.

I must first highlight and praise the management and staff for their honesty and integrity. I had inadvertently calculated then summed the tip and subtotal incorrectly and placed a larger amount in the total line. When I checked my credit card statement days later, to my delightful surprised, I discovered they had corrected the total amount instead of pocketing the extra.

The location was relatively clean. The food was decent and relatively fresh.

I will definitely go again due to their honesty and integrity.

Came to this store again after two months. Same business style. No changes. Same long waiting time. Disappointed with this store. Came here at the request of a friend. And the waiting time was more than two hours. Waste of time.

We got take out and it was alright. The food was ok. The wait time was fairly long.

We are regulars at this spot, expect consistency in all their dishes, just amazing!!! Today we were greeted by Damon, he was absolutely the best, extremely friendly and kind. He checked on my table consistently and made my son and I feel super welcomed. He chatted with my son about how they loved the salmon toro and chicken dishes here. Hope we get to see him more often!

It was my first time here for the curiosity about waiting time..?
it was nothing that worth waiting for.
i could call this “ lollipop sushi “ sushi for beginner or for kids.
they try to keep the price below $4 dollar per
plate, and it end up with a very thin slice of fish.
the robot run around is just for fun .
if you want to eat sushi then go to a real Japanese restaurant
i give 2.5 star for sushi here.
