Mold on my sandwich, followed by poor handling when I pointed it out. If you’re looking for fresh food and professionalism, this is not the place.

Favorite neighborhood cafe for hazelnut croissant and coffee. Lots of other delicious baked goods too and also baked open face sandwiches and more. Nice atmosphere too with indoor and outdoor seating. People are very nice and the manager is always very welcoming. She runs a great operation. If in Hayes valley a definite place to try.

This cozy French bakery is a must try! Pictured is the pain de chocolate and pistachio raspberry croissant. The pistachio raspberry croissant filling is some of the best I’ve ever had, I’ll be back soon for it! Cozy atmosphere, great staff. Parking is a bit tough and no public restroom, but a great place to hang out!

Mostly good. They could improve on
Having gluten free pastries (only gluten free item is frittata) & London fog latte but came in for French toast and fruit which did not disappoint. Good service and friendly staff and quiet early morning made the overall experience enjoyable. Will definitely return.

almond croissant was decidedly mid. nothing special at all, felt very costco croissant-esque. would not go here for any croissant. rubbery, dry, and a little tough.

Nice stop while trekking about, a very extensive bakery and coffee menu. The cold brew, iced americano, and Rasberry Financier were all very good!

The baked goods could be better, but the prices are good, there's plenty of seating, and the staff is nice, so I don't get what some people are complaining about.
