We ordered Burrata cheese Arugula Anchovies, Baby Octopus stew, Seafood Squid Ink fregola Seared Lamb The lamb entree was delicious and the portion size was generous. Burrata cheese Arugula Anchovies salad was kind of oily They charged couple dollars extra for each order if you compare with their menu it was nice to get on house muscatel The service was good.
After having dined at La Ciccia several times since its opening years ago, we were disappointed with our experience the other night. I recall the food as being a stand out in prior visits and while my husband enjoyed his main dish branzino, both our appetizer and my pasta course were disappointing, oily, and generally overdressed/oversauced. Fabulous food! Our server was a bit quirky - wandered away just as we wanted to order, but we eventually got our order placed and loved everything we had from appetizer, awesome flatbread and dessert. Interesting wines - our server recommended wines that really complemented our dishes. The lamb entree was absolutely delicious and the portion size was generous. Will definitely return.
